Almost all is great. If a minor thing to improve is the main bed need to be checked for making a bit of squicking sound..

Aura is a great home away from home especially for us family of three travelling for 3 weeks. It has everything, beautiful view, super clean apartment, complete high quality kitchen, comfortable sofa bed and main bed, easy to access, with location in the between Zermatt center and all adventure sites. It is also close to Matterhorn Glacier Paradise station. The host also great, he drop by and checked on the 2nd day to ensure all.is well. Definitely, I will recommend this Aura to friends and family visiting Zermatt.

Access path is a bit complex: You go through a tunnel, take an elevator, walk to the building, enter the house, take another elevator… It’s not difficult, just a bit much. Location isn’t very convenient if you have large luggage: The walk from Zermatt train station involves gravel roads and uneven paths, which makes it very difficult to roll heavy suitcases. There are taxis though, for extra money. No bathroom soap/shampoo provided, which stood out since most other apartments we stayed at included at least the basics. Shower is in a bathtub, and the anti-slip mat was ironically quite slippery, making it risky to get in and out safely. Microwave is placed very high up in the pantry — not easily reachable unless you’re tall. We had to use a chair. TV didn’t have English channels. No conveniently placed plugs near the bed — a minor annoyance.

Modern, spacious, and clean apartment — well-designed with great lighting and thoughtful layout. Comfy bedroom with soft beds and plenty of space. Cozy living area with a comfortable couch and plenty of natural and artificial light. Fully equipped kitchen: Everything was there — pots, pans, cutlery, microwave, oven, fridge, even basic spices. Perfect for cooking! Nice views from both sides of the apartment. Helpful and welcoming hosts — they personally showed us how the washing machine works and made us feel at home.

The cleaning was done with super agressive chlorine agent, it smelled for days even though I opended a window. I'm quite allergic to smells, pls don't use this terrible chemicals! On weekends there's a restaurant on the 1st floor which can be quite nosiy with music etc

Nice desent place on the Lido island. Main thing that worked for me was budget and it had central heating (as Venice is pretty cold). I also felt safe in this area, the host met me at the bus station. Quite easy to get to the main island - bus and water transport.

The Murphy bed was not the most comfortable, although it’s certainly functional. Also, it always a little too warm in the apartment despite turning the heater to the lowest setting. This might’ve been user error, and it can be fixed easily by opening the window.

The apartment was as advertised. The kitchen was stocked with useful supplies which we used throughout the week. There was certainly enough space for two people with a small but functional bathroom. The ski room/tunnel and boot room are very convenient as is the location of the apartment to one of Zermatt’s main areas and its ski bus.

It's just liilte far from a supermarket if you need one.

Lovely appartment with all what you need Michel the owner was great very helpfull . The appartment is at the village edge very quite and with great view .

It would have been nice if the TV unit were connected to the internet, there was Netflix but we couldn't get it working.

The apartment was super clean and comfortable. The foldout bed / couch was also comfortable and it was really easy to change the configuration. The location is at the end of the village which means it's quiet, and the main shops are about ~10 min walk away. The kitchen was fully equipped and we enjoyed being able to cook. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay here again!

Room was generally hot without A/C so we had to sleep with the patio door open. Not a big deal at all but it did mean 0430 am wake up with the birds singing :) No view directly of the Matterhorn but not a big deal for us as you can still see all the valley walls and other mountains.

Location was fantastic, right near the Matterhorn express and very quiet due to being up on the hill. Kitchen was stocked with essentials and had all pots, pans, plates, cups, and utensils for use. Shower was very hot and had excellent pressure. Balcony was wonderful.

New, modern, clean, spacious, comfortable. Very friendly host who greeted us and explained us in detail what we needed to know for our stay. She also encouraged us to ask questions whenever we would need to. Two balconies with beautiful views. We sometimes had dinner there. The location is perfect!!! Not in the noisy and crowded centre , but surrounded by nature , and, at the same time within 10 min walking distance from shops, cafes … 5 min walk to the Matterhorn cable car - and 15 min walk to the other cable cars. The beds are comfortable and the duvets are light but quite warm. Living room cleverly set up. Kitchen has everything anyone would need. Lots of storage room. The host has thought of everything. It even has books and games for rainy days. I could go on and on. Let’s just say this place was perfect for us - well beyond our expectations.

It’s perfect. The owner of the place is so thoughtful. The place has everything. There’s a fondue pot kit, the kitchen has everything, from seasoning to cooking utensils. The view is so good as well. The lady who runs the place she is lovely and kind. Honestly 10/10 staying. My favorite place that I’ve stayed so far.

Can't say anything bad about this place.

The apartment was absolutely fantastic. The host was excellent and very helpful. You didn't need for anything as the apartment was beautifuly furnished and equipped. We'll done Julen family you certainly have a gem. Situated just short of the E bus stop, so travelling around was very easy. Our trip to Zermatt will always be a highlight and will never be forgotten.

The check out timings could have been little more flexible.

Location was great with a view to the mountains from the balcony. Easily accessible from the centre with an E-bus. Kitchen was very well-equipped and the whole studio was very clean and tidy.

The sofa bed mattress was too stiff and I think it's slightly tilted down towards the base, so I had to sleep reversed.

The apartment had many amenities of high quality, everything was clean and in working condition, fully equipped kitchen, two balconies, close to the ski lift and the bus stop and a short walk to town. There was also a ski boots heater so my shoes were dry every morning. Entrance is through a tunnel where the key pickup is, next to the bus station. At the top outside the lift the apartment is located another 100m to the right.

Modern, clean and bright, excellent condition, perfect for 1 or 2 people, lovely updates, beautiful views. peaceful location. Take the free bus right across the street from the train station and get off stop before Klein Matterhorn.

Since this apartment is on the hill with fantastic view from window, it could be a little bit reached walk from person who hates inclined walk.

The room is exceptional. All facilities are met our expectation. Also, host is lovely and very helpful. The room is in walking distance from train station with little uphill walk. Totally Recommend this place.
