Wow! What a great location and what great views! We loved the easy access to the bus, cleanliness of the house, quietness of the neighborhood, and friendliness of the hosts. The bonus is as a good-working washer and dryer. Everything about our stay was great.

The provided covered parking lot is too small for our car - we have to park outside but not really causing a problem.

Location is great! Just at the side of the river with waterfall view. Surrounded with greenery and mountains. Do go out walk and explore the surrounding - excellent place! The house is bigger than expected - comfy living areas with comfortable sofa. Kitchen is big enough for cooking and nice dining area as well. 2 huge toilets - one with the washing machine and dryer - perfect! Room - comfortable and clean There is a bus stop just right outside the main road, we took the bus when driving is not needed.

Noisy upstairs neighbors - chairs sliding on the floor at early and late hours. Smaller bathroom shower drain needs a clean out. Staff advised the unit has a nespresso, so we bought nespresso pods. It was Nescafé, and pods are only available at Migros, the nearest in Interlaken. We had a car, but did not expect this extra run.

Spacious, clean, great view, comfortable, responsive staff. Staff checked on us twice, and replaced dull and bent knives on request. Convenient laundry and dishwasher. Awesome water pressure. Loved the deck space. Close to bus stop.

The host was very helpful and responsive to my queries. Check-in was very smooth and easy. The place was very clean, cosy and comfortable. The surrounding views of the mountain and the Staubach Falls are so beautiful.

The only thing I can think of is that the people above us were very active until about 9:30 at night and then woke up by 5:00am each morning and we could hear their footsteps - and this only woke me up, didn't seem to bother my kids. But this is NOT something I would let deter me from staying here again!

The view. The cleanliness. The kitchen was SO well stocked with appliances, it made our lives so much easier, especially with kids (microwave, toaster, good size fridge). Host provided all of the little things too, like a sponge to wash dishes and plenty of pods for the dishwasher, multiple trash bags, dish soap, etc. Rolladens to mostly blackout the bedrooms at night were great. Having a designated parking spot was very helpful. When we travel, we like to stay very close to town, but not IN town, because we like quiet - and it was nice and quiet. The walk into town was easy - 8 minutes. The only time we used our car was to drive to Grindelwad, and even then we could've taken the bus (which we could have easily walked to). The host was awesome - very responsive and kind. I highly recommend this apartment for a family.

Top notch property. Very clean. Great instructions on arrival/departure. Location is great - right next to bus stop but far enough away that you don’t hear the buses.

The pillows on the beds need updating. They were uncomfortable. I missed not having shampoo and shower gel supplied.

The apartment is spacious and well maintained. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to cook and clean. The views from the patio are stunning. The new bridge over the river makes it easy to walk to the station.

Amazing view of waterfalls and snow-covered mountains from the balcony. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. It is very close to the bus stop, and still within walking distance of main street. Highly recommended..

We loved everything!!! The location is amazing with a breathtaking view from the balcony. The apartment itself is really perfect. We were 5 adults and 1 child and had a lot of space for all of us and felt really comfortable. The flat is clean and really well equipped with everything you need for your stay. The staff is really great and answered all our questions very fast. I asked for a crib for our son and they were nice and thoughtful to add also a feeding chair and plates and cups. We really recommend Hafod a Hendre to enjoy your stay in the region and we will definitely book it again for our next visit.
