The air conditioning is not cooling the space adequately during the summer. It feels warm and uncomfortable at times.

I really like this hotel because it offers its own electric vehicle charger – very convenient and eco-friendly!

Parking included as per booking.com but none available on arrival - luckily a small carpark up the road for free overnight but had to be out before 7:30 or buy a ticket

The only area that could be improved is the access from the parking to the reception, which is only possible via stairs. This might be inconvenient for guests with heavy luggage.

Our room was ideal—spacious, bright, quiet, and overlooking the historic city wall and the peaceful garden behind it. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room was both functional and well-equipped. The breakfast area is magnificent, offering a generous buffet with a wide variety of products suited to all tastes and cultures. The reception staff were extremely friendly and efficient, handling every request and question with professionalism and kindness.

The air conditioner in our room was on and it was not possible to adjust the temperature manually. The hotel staff did their best to help but it was not fixed at the end. The hotel entrance has a couple of stairs and not convenient for strollers or big luggage.

Our room had stairs. Unfortunately, I fell from the stairs and bumped my knees in the door. Boiled and scrambled eggs were cold.

I highly recommend this property due to the friendly staff, clean room, parking access, great location walking to the city center, and good vibe. This is the second time that we have stayed in this great accommodation.

Unfortunately (part of) the parking was in renovation, so finding a place for the car was a bit cumbersome. However, the staff did warn us in advance about this situation, which was highly appreciated. The rooms are on the small side, at least the older ones.

Nice hotel close to the former city walls (les remparts). The room was clean and the beds were comfy. We appreciated the the staff's offer to choose between staying in one of their recently renovated rooms, which were (at the time of writing) all located on the ground floor and subject to street noise, or one of the older rooms on a higher floor and with a view of the remparts. We chose the latter and we enjoyed our stay.

The location is quite convenient, very close to the highway to Bern. The facilities were really good. The room was very comfortable, modern and clean. The breakfast was contundent. The staff is very friendly. I recommend this hotel without any doubt.

- Can't accept the 4 star rating. Definitely not. - Extremely ordinary breakfast. When you see a two toast toaster in 4* hotel then you know. Bare thin breakfast. - not at all value for money.
