However, we’re sorry to learn that the lack of air conditioning did not fully meet your expectations and we regret that you didn’t communicate the issue during your stay, as we would have been happy to find a suitable solution to make you more comfortable. Our parking is available free of charge for our guests, subject to availability. When the car park is full, we always do our best to assist in finding alternative nearby options.
