We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Immaculately clean! Very comfortable. Easy to find. We booked for activities in Zermatt and it worked out great. Would stay again!

Clean and spacious apartment located at the most beautiful location. Exactly as in the pictures with breathtaking views all around the apartment. 15 min away from Tasch, so handy for trips to zermatt. We really enjoyed every bit of this.

SwitzerlandNo Fault to the Owners or the Studio. Just a notice to future guests. Entrance to Rittinen Weg is very narrow! You need to slow down and be prepared to make a wide Right turn to be able to enter Rittinen Weg. Narrow driveway, but no issues with normal sedan or kombi vehicle. Apartment location is a short climb up the hill from the main road to Zermatt and is 20 mins drive to Taesch.
Modern and Functional Large Studio Apartment with a dedicated parking space. Plenty of storage for luggage and clothing. Nice separate mud room to store Jackets, Boots, Hiking/Skiing Gears. Good and Stable WiFi for working and making Office Calls. Fully stocked kitchen with spices, pots, pans, utensils, and cleaning accessories. Nice view of surrounding mountains with a dining beach outside. Very quiet, no noise from owners/neighbors on top or surrounding. Great TV setup on a movable podium with clear signal channels and Netflix. Prompt communications with Owners. We look forward to returning in the Summer time!
