Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

IrelandHotel need some refurbishment.
The manager Rene.. Superb helping out and messaging clear instruction and very helpful.. Hotel needs some refurbishment but a night stay with group of friends on a mission to enjoy is not to bad and bearable.. And we did enjoy the stay.. Location is superb as we enjoy the sceneries along the way. Bus stop very near to Filisur and Chur

United KingdomThe rooms are basic BUT this is exactly what I watned. I can spend more on the mountain eating and drinking.
This is a basic hotel so expectations must be adjusted. The room had a double bed and two singles. clothes rail. and plenty of coat hoooks. useful for hanging ski gear on near radiators. we essentially lived out of our suitcases. There was a sink in the main room and in the shower room. There is a nespresso machine which we didnt use. If your aim is an inexpensive place (especially with kids - mine were 10 and 8) and your modus operandi is skiing (where most of the expense lies) then this place will be very satisfactory. There is an outdoor hot tub as well as an indoor jacuzzi and sauna. The ski room has heated boot warmers. There was a lovely Continental breaksfast with scrambled eggs, hams, salami, mordatella, cheese, fresh bloomer loaves of bread, fruit, yoghurt and coffee machine. We even made a few sandwiches to take with us. I rented from Interski at the bottom of Hemiburg lift (a short 7 minute walk) BUT the Blue 28 run is narrow and steep and not perfect for beginners - in fact the Lenzerheide (left side) of piste map is challenging for beginners. So instead of walking to Heimburg we walked up hill behind the Lodge (12 minutes) and skiied down to Churwalden and took the Panoramabahn as our first lift. Parpan is not going to be a great place to ski if you have a lot novices as there are no ski school meeting points near by. Its a lovely mini village with a handful of hotels and restaurants. Its great because we flew into Zurich airport (Flughaffen). Short Train journey to Zurich HB, then 1h train to Chur. 20 minute ski bus (no. 8) to Parapan. Total was about 90 minutes. Bus stop was 2 minutes from hotel just up the hill. It stops oppostie the village ice skating rink. For dinner the hotel has a reasonable small restaurant thought we never availed of dinner there as kitchen. i went to Hotel Statzerhron, and Restaurant Obertor Grill. Hotel Alpina looked the nicest of all restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Ski bus easily gives access from Chur to Lenz

GreeceThe hotel is very old and the rooms seem abandoned. Although the rooms are very clean they look very different than the photos. The walls and doors need refurbishment. The prices are very high for what it offers. The breakfast is just adequate.
The location is excellent if you are visiting the mountains. Parpan is a small village but near to many activities around. The hotel is very quiet, with a great area around it with a playground for the kids and a football field. Easy to park! The rooms were very clean.

Germanyi went there in winter because i wanted to ski. as it was cold outside a heater in the room would have been good (there was no heater in the room). i was never cold, but being able to increase temperature a few degrees would have been good.

GermanyThe room didn´t look like the advertised ones on the website at all. We expected it to be more modern and a little more cozy, but it was all right and served its purpose.
The hotel was very close to Lenzerheide where we spent two days hiking and swimming. It was dog friendly, easy to find and offered a very good breakfast with many local products. The room was quite big as well as the bathroom and had a very nice view.
