One of the most beautiful hotels I have stayed out with staff that go over and beyond. The dining experience at the Kronenstubli was also wonderful. A truly personalised and exceptional quality of service. From the reception staff to spa to bar keepers, every member of the Kronenhof team were wonderfully kind and helpful. I accidentally left a rucksack on a train platform and the staff went and not only located the item but sent it on a train. Could not be more complimentary - will be returning! Thank you to the Kronenhof team for a wonderful stay!

A classical 5-star experience. The staff were amazingly friendly and did their best to make you feel at home. The view from the room was breathtaking. The restaurant, bar and cigar lounge where excellently styled and put together. The hotel gives a warm, cozy and luxurious feeling. I Will definitely return.

We purchased the half board (dinner plan) for all thr nights of our stay. The restaurant room was beautiful and the staff wonderful. However, the food choices for dinner and actual food marginal but the service exceptional.

The concierge, Andreas, was outstanding. Not only did he pick us up and return us to the train station, he went above and beyond creating an itinerary of places to see. He is a young man who is extremely personable, kind, knowledgeable, and an outstanding employee. The hotel is very fortunate to have him as an employee!

If you don't like this hotel you don't like life.

Wonderful location and facilities complemented by impeccably professional and friendly staff. I left my backpack behind with medication by mistake. The staff were kind enough to catch me at the next town to bring me the medicines. Talk about going the extra mile ( or two).

It was a fair distance from St moritz. The hotel does not offer a shuttle service which I found odd. The taxi for a 7-8 km ride is €80!

Our recent stay at Kronenhof hotel was highlighted by the exceptional staff, building history and the amazing facilities. From the moment we arrived, their warmth and hospitality made us feel welcomed. Each member of the team and specifically the concierge team went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. We will definitely stay again at Kronenhof when we revisit St. Moritz.

The double bedroom had two single mattresses pulled together which is disappointing given that it is a five star hotel. Reducing the hotel’s environmental footprint could receive more attention from the management (e.g., still travel size toiletries in the bathroom, etc.). The tea was overpriced for the quality we received.

The location is wonderful as the hotel in the middle of Pontresina, yet peaceful, far from the main road and traffic noise and with a stunning view of the mountains. The building is a jewel box, inside out.
