We also enjoyed the service and most particularly because we rolled up to the hotel in a cheap rental car, spilled into the lobby with our backpacks and our box of pizza, and the staff did not break stride. They greeted our Canadian casual with the same impeccable detail as they did the well dressed man in the Ferrari who arrived minutes later.
