SwitzerlandWe realized you can hear the music that’s being played outside while breakfast. It was kind of annoying if you want to sleep in or you’re a light sleeper. But since it’s not hard rock music that’s being played, it’s okay.
Its as amazing on the inside like the outside. The infrastructure, design, interior etc looks great and is made with high quality furniture, robes, bedsheets - yes even the paper you write on! The big SPA area and the different services you can book are lovely. The terrace is very cute and comfy!!

Le Grand Bellevue is my favourite hotel anywhere in the world. I have been coming once a year for the last 5 years. The staff are unlike any hotel staff I have ever experienced anywhere else. Polite, incredibly kind and thoughtful and thoroughly charming - they are always going out of their way to surprise you with beautiful gestures that make your stay all the more comfortable. The food in the restaurant is also of a very high standard and I’m a spa lover and love the spa facilities here. Coming here always feels like coming home and I am always sad to leave. I have an electric car and appreciate the hotel having extensive fast charging facilities in their underground car park.

United KingdomAvoid dining in — The main restaurant Leonard’s that we booked for dinner - their staff is really not up to the mark, jumbled up on our 10th anniversary cake that we had ordered since 3 months in advance AND reminded in the morning as well - we kept waiting for it throughout hoping they’ll bring it out sometime soon - eventually when we reminded them after the dinner about the cake, they brought two in-house cakes and charged us on top for it 😬😬
Huge rooms and balconies, a spa to die for with amazing treatments and umpteen sauna options, helpful staff, got a feeling of royalty with their amazing hospitality. Breakfast is lovely with a variety of dishes and a separate menu of made to order food as well. Location is also perfect.

It is not a hotel, it is home. The people there treat you like you are one of the family or owner of the room. From the entry olivier will welcome you and give all the support you need. Then the front desk will finalize all your paper and you will enjoy the room. Room size is very big and it is very clean and comfortable. Then you go to the restaurant, the chef Francisco is fabulous he will treat you like a king. The spa is deferent story, it is very big and you have multiple choices of steam room and sauna and outdoor Jacuzzi. Then hotel shuttle is also amazing they have Aston martin available to droop you to locations near the hotel. Thanks for everyone who was part of welcoming us and making our trip so enjoyable (Edgar, olivier, lara)

CroatiaUnnecessary food delivery schedule mismanagement at the bar. Influences the experience and degrades the efforts of the entire hotel stuff.
Doorman and porters were absolutely amazing. It was on the butler service level, with car park assistance and local transport to the Menuhin festival events being executed flawslessly. Overall hospitality is ecellent and it is hard to move to another hotel in European road trip since it is not matched elsewhere.
