The house has 3 floors, therefore with babies or toddlers due to the stairs it might be challenging.

It is a big house, enough space for a family with 2 kids. Kitchen is small, but equipped to cook. There is a free parking place in front the house. It is close to city Zurich. It is a quiet place. A great place for families, bigger groups for short or longer stays.

Basic items were not provided e.g., T-towel, oven gloves. There was loose fittings. There was no way to control the heating which was on all the times. It's uncomfortable. The towels were not ready for use because they were still in the tumble dryer when we arrived. No duvets covers. No welcome pack , such as, information about local amenities & local attractions.

Difficult to carry baggage up and down the spiral staircase. Just one bath for 6 guests. Someone should clear garbage every day atleast. The electric kettle wasn’t working and looked dirty.

The location is great, it's not far from the centre and it is still in the zone 110 for the public transport. The flat is good for the price.

Minor issues but like to point out that most standing lamps in the rooms are not working and TV was not working(host did bring a laptop for us to use to hook up to internet and watch youtube/netflix etc but he didn't bring charger so the laptop went flat after a while and we didn't bother him to come back again with charger). Also the house is short of power points which makes it hard to do charging of electronic devices in the rooms.

The house was convenient for us as we had a car and it was easy to park beside the house and as it's a little out of the city center, traffic wasn't very heavy in the vicinity which makes driving easy too. The house is cozy and quiet and well heated and the size is nice for a group of 4-5 adults. Host is easy going and not fussy.

The apartment was not stocked with any towels not even to clean dishes with or wipe your hands off with. Only one of the toilets worked out of 2. The downstairs bedroom smelled a bit musty like mold.

1. The heater was not working on the first night, so it was freezing cold. 2. For long stay or for those with big bags, very cumbersome to bring them up the narrow and spiral staircase. In short not adviseable for immobility impaired. 3. We had short of towels although we had informed prior the visit and during the visit.

We checked in and we found that there was no towels, dustbins, dishwash and there was no hot water. We informed the host and to our surprise, she replied in a very rude way saying that they are not available 24/7 for us. Our request was never fulfilled. Not recommended at all

There's only 1 bathroom to take a shower although it has 2 bathrooms.

The apartment is located 10 mins outside of Zurich but is very easy to get to and to drive to the different tourist options Switzerland offer. it's also very comfortable and the owner was always very responsive and it was very easy to be in contact with her. There are some super markets near by and we were able to buy food and cook, I definitely recommend it for a family trip.

Initially NO towels. Then we got 4 for 6 people and were promised more, but they didn’t come. Really this is only a two bedroom accommodation. The third room was in the basement. No door and no window. Very poor. Two dangerous and very broken chairs. They should not be there. DANGEROUS!! No cooking tray for oven to heat anything up on. Lots of loose wires around. Dangerous. Door to bathroom very difficult to open and close. Upstairs bedroom no bedside table on one side. Felt like we were camping. General bedding was not good. Was it clean or not? Really not the standard we were expecting.

It served our purpose and we made the best we could.

We were not provided with towels, we had to buy towels since we didn't bring any with us. Just a small roll of toilet paper was provided although we booked the appointment for 5 people for 4 days. It's a shame! We didn't meet anybody for check in or check out. Nobody came around not even to say hi. The house is old from outside, inside is ok. I wouldn't necessarily book it again but it was ok for the price.

The location is perfect, just a few minutes walk from the train station. Direct trains to the city centre. Bus station a few meters away. Shops are a walking distance away.

You could leave some towels for the guests. But everything else was awesome.

The house is well equiped, and it's really cozy. It's warm and the shower is awesome. The host didn't have a fourth bed but he brought a mattress right away. The neighborhood is very quiet and the house has eveything that you should need for a comfortable stay. Just bring your own towels.

There were no bin bags, so we had to buy them outside.

The hosts were very helpful and answered all our queries within a few hours. The property was very clean, and warm. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. Plenty of towels and bedsheets were available in each room. In terms of parking, there is one available at the front. The hosts were kind enough to let us park behind the property as well as we had an extra car.
