The staff is the best !!Very friendly and helpful. They even made sure to leave breakfast for me on the day I had to leave very early. The room is basic but clean, comfortable and very centrally located. I thought it was a good value for my solo weekend getaway.

I would suggest to add a couple of chairs around the table in the bedroom.

The staff was super kind and prompt to answer to all our questions about the town, Thermal Baths, CableWay timetable... Breakfast was really TOP!!! We felt cuddled, being accorded an anticipation of the breakfast time, cause we had planned a hike. The soaps, shampoos and bath foam at disposal in the bathroom were much appreciated.

Not found any inconvenience. But remember to take with you Swiss type plug extension (multiplier) .Maybe of valuable usage. Not mentioned in room description : Towels and toilets cosmetics(shampoo,soap) Of course exist in the room as well. No TV in room but if you plan to stay for sport reason this is not a drawback.

Excellent location in city center.5 min walk distance to bus station or Parking lot. Friendly staff. Welcome tea or fruits offered even at early arrival. Luggage storage at early arrival and late departure. Farewell tea offered at late departure. All these included in room price. Stay in XII 23:warm room. Good selection of breakfast proposal.Hotel provides for guests discount vouchers for Thermalbad and Cable car.

What a lovely stay ! The hotel is ideally placed in the middle of the town equidistant to the thermal baths or the télécabin. The staff couldn’t help enough. Everything was spick and span. Breakfast was simple but adequate. Can’t recommend highly enough !

They are so nice, we didnt find the hotel at night and he went outside to see where we were to help us, really nice from him! And the breakfast was reeeeally good, i didnt expect it , but everything was really delicious!

The queen bed was actually two twins pushed together, not even on the same platform. The bathtub was not very inviting. We had a bit of trouble finding the hotel the first time and figuring out parking, but worked out fine.

The reason we would come back is because of how nice the staff is and the location. Nice selection of cereals, yogurts, juices, and coffee for breakfast.

The rooms would benefit from renovation however they were nevertheless clean; a larger number of power sockets and a coffee machine inside the rooms would be a nice touch.

The hotel staff is extremely kind and helpful, and did their absolute best to make the visit easy and pleasant. The breakfast was basic but tasty.

The room I had was a bit small and old, but honestly I didn't mind that much, that was compensated by the kindness of the staff :)) Maybe having a ski room would be a good thing.

I had a great time at this hotel, the staff is really welcoming with good heart, very kind and helpful. Breakfast is good and complete, access to skiing is rather short and easy, well located in the village. Thank you all for these great days!

the bed is made of 2 separate pieces that move and you can wake up between the beds if you sit in the middle.

The hotel was in the center, close to the bus station. Beautifully clean. Good price. The lady at the reception received us very nicely and was very responsive. Next to the hotel is a hiking trail with a fantastic view, waterfalls, canyon and leading to a very nice pond with a fantastic view. Breakfast quite good. I recommend with confidence.

The Chinese staff at the front desk are very very very FRIENDLY and HELPFUL. They helped me to cook my instant noodles - they even put tomato and eggs into the noodles for me. Later in the night, the bath in my room had some problems, the staff fixed it very on time soon. By midnight, I realize that my convertor is not suitable for the charging pot in the hotel, one staff even rent me a Swiss Charger for free. I am grateful to stay with them and the breakfast is really good too.
