I was genuinely impressed by the quality of service at this hotel. Although it's rated as a 3-star, the warm hospitality and welcoming atmosphere made it feel like so much more—it was truly one of the highlights of our trip through Italy and Switzerland. I would have liked to have mini fridge in the room

It was very convenient for a family stay (two separate rooms close connected by a hall), and the staff was very kind and helpful. It Had a nice small pool to refresh and a lovely lake view. It is just a stroll from the lake and Locarno is a beautiful spot

Nothing to dislike!

Good facilities and practical location. The area was calm and quiet and moving around with the Ticino ticket was very easy and convenient (bus stop right around the corner). Good base for exploring Ticino, we did a lot of different trips during our stay (easy start by hopping on a bus right in from of the hotel). Short walk down to the waterfront with some restaurants, couple of supermarkets within a couple of minutes by foot. Starting the morning with a breakfast in the garden was a nice way to start the day (excellent breakfast buffet with plenty of choice, fresh fruit and local flavours). Friendly and helpful staff. During our stay, the hotel was fully booked but never felt busy or crowded, the atmosphere was very friendly and relaxed.

The room was a bit small with little space to open two pieces of luggage and only one holder. I also found the bath towels too small.

the pool is quite nice; the hotel had booked us a parking place for free in the garage and also gave us a free welcome drink. The person at the reception spoke some french and was very helpful.

Very clean room. Good location - close to a bus station and supermarket. Personal was very friendly and positive. They have great attention to people - make me a surprise for my b-day. Recommend them.
