United StatesOur only complaint was the loud people sitting at the tables outside past midnight, drinking and laughing very loudly right below our window, which had to be open because there is no air conditioning. Upon arrival, the house rules said quiet hours start at 10:00 PM. Not sure why that doesn’t apply to people outside, guests or not.
Lovely house, quiet area, great location next to the lift. The food was delicious. Dinner and breakfast, excellent. Grateful for some staff speaking English. We had an awesome ride up the mountain rain on the lift just next door.

Rooms were nice and (it seemed) newly renovated. All was clean, and the parking facilities and view were good. Also the food was really good. Mind you, if you order food in large size, you get a LARGE portion ;). Definitely recommend the cordon bleu! Also, there are nice cats! They could do well with a diet, however.

United KingdomWe arrived just after 9pm (I emailed to let them know we would be late) and missed dinner by minutes. We were not offered a sandwich of a cold snack which would have been lovely and the food looked great so it was a shame we missed it.
The room was sweet and comfortable, and the bonus of the pussy cats at the property was great. The views were stunning and although just off the road, it was quiet, and easy to find. Breakfast was lovely. We asked about things to do nearby and were told about the cable car right next door which led to a fantastic walk.
