The check-in experience is not great. Somehow many credit card details are saved on the check-in iPad, and TWINT (option without entering credit card data) was not possible. Maybe a contactless payment option would be great. Unfortunately, the towels were not qualitative, dirty and had hairs in it.

The price is very good for the location, and the personnel was also nice and helpful. The breakfast is especially great. We were very surprised by the good quality and choices that were offered.

What a lovely place - we liked everything minute, we also recommend having a drink and sitting outside to enjoy the feeling of the close mountains and the spirit. Breakfast was also good

The friendly greeting by the owners was warm and professional. They upgraded our room request to include a balcony. Since we were only going to be there one night, we didn’t think we’d use it but we certainly did! So lovely. It was all spotlessly clean and new

We like the apartment that we stayed in. It has all the basic amenities for a short but comfortable stay. The staff at Flem Mountain Lodge was extremely friendly and helpful, we felt welcomed.

Downhill and pretty far from the cable car station, difficult to reach on foot when its icy and slippery. The hotel shuttle is highly required. The town shuttle drives quite often in the morning, but extremely seldom during the day. Sauna is very small. I couldn't use it because it was fully taken by a couple

Balcony faces west so hot in the afternoon, didn’t cool down until late at night. Self-check in and digital lock can be a bit challenging but worked out.

It’s a delightful hotel: Tanya and staff are very welcoming and made my stay memorable ❤️ My hotel room was very comfortable and clean. I had lunch upon arrival which was delicious; breakfast was fantastic and had all my favorite Swiss dishes and delicacies. Needless to say, I was in heaven🥰

Room did get a little hot, and there’s no AC, and the street it was on could be loud with the window open. I imagine it’ll just get worse over the summer.

Coffee was great, room was clean and comfortable. The outdoor sitting area was very nice, the staff was very friendly. Yoga / gym room was a welcome addition.

Not so much space to stay in the common area having a drink or chatting with the rest of the group. The restaurant doesn't has many options for dinner.

The hotel might be on the pricy end of things, though I can't think of any other negative.

I loved the balcony view of the mountains. Breakfast was exceptional, beds were very comfy. I especially appreciated the keyless management system of the establishment - you can unlock doors just with your phone through their app! The staff was friendly and welcoming. The hotel has its parking places outside - no extra cost.

It's a family-owned business and the owners really care about your experience. That really shows. The hotel is very tidy and well run, the communal areas feel welcoming and cozy and whoever is cooking the dinners is doing an amazing job.

Sauna or spa/pool would have made this place the best. Buses didn't run early enough for return to Basel/Zurich via Flims village (start around 8am) but not accomodations fault.

Breakfast was great, interior design and vibe of communal spaces. Looks great for mountainbikers too. Loved the books selection.

The room we had was a bit small for three although it was still functional

Very friendly personell and good breakfast. Room and building are modern and functional. The hotel is well connected to the center of the village by bus or a short walk.
