Really nice hotel and restaurant with lovely decor. Our room was a decent size with magnificent views from the top floor. Although shared bathroom, they were always clean and available so made the stay comfortable. Staff were always friendly and welcoming. Would recommend!

You need to use stairs from the 4th floor to get to the 5th floor. Also the twin beds are really small – about 80-90 cm in width, not really comfortable.

The breakfast is great, the location is ok especially if you want to go to Interlaken Ost. All the rooms are warm and dry, that's great. And also the have really high quality cosmetics, soaps, etc in the rooms.

Breakfast was delicious. Room was small, but big enough for two people, and the mattresses and duvets were extremely comfortable. Staff was very kind and accommodating, including allowing us to store our bags for the full day after we checked out so we could explore Interlaken and the surrounding towns a bit more before taking the train home that evening.

If you stay on the 5th floor you have to walk the stairs from the 4th to the 5th floor - ok for us, but just something to bare in mind!

Location was perfect - less than 10mins walk from Interlaken Ost train station, and within seconds of shops and restaurants. Breakfast was included and was exceptional. All staff very helpful. Room was comfortable.

5th floor had no lift, so you need to carry your luggage up for just a short flight of stairs from 4th floor.

Location was excellent. Just a short 7-min walk from Interlaken OST station. Breakfast was decent. Service staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. On our last day, we had to checkout earlier than the breakfast timing, but they offered to pack an early takeaway free-of-charge. Shared toilets were above expectations and surprisingly clean. There are 2 showers and 2 toilet cubicles (4 independent cubicles) so there was not a situation where we had to wait to use it (depending on peak season, our visit was in Apr).

The receptionist at the front (younger dark haired girl, I can’t remember her name!) was so lovely and kind. The beds were soooo comfortable and the breakfast buffet exceeded our expectations!

No real complaints, just things to be aware of. Elevator doesn't go up to the 5th floor. Not a big deal, but good to know for people with mobility issues. People in hotel across the way could see into our windows so just had to be conscious to use curtains.

Confusing location - within hotel interlaken but this isn’t signposted anywhere Plug sockets are randomly located in the rooms not near the beds, Pillows are flimsy as with most hotels We had a noisy neighbour, The toilet doors all slam so if someone is using them at night it can be heard
