United KingdomIt would be very difficult to fault the property. I personally missed a microwave for warming up my cornflakes in the morning but the rest of the family didn't. Perhaps a sofa in the leaving room would be usedul.
The apartment is very well maintained, clean, good size, enough storage for 4, good clothes hanging capacity and a very long balcony all around the flat. It has a very good kitchen, equipped with a lot of utensils. It has a couple of reclining chairs with foot stools, great for resting and watching tv after a long day of skiing. The apartment block has a utility room with a couple of washing machines and dryers. Although they are coin operated, it was really cheap, a couple of franks if that. (As is the case usually elsewhere in Switzerland!) The landlord was very responsive for a couple of queries I had. The location is great, a short walk from the main train station and the beautiful high-street, albeit a bit up the hill. We would get the green-line bus by the main train station to the two skiing gondolas/funiculare. As it's the last/first station of the bus, there is always space to get in.

OK... I am usually not an easy reviewer of properties, but I would say that our stay at Zermatt at this property was one of the best we have ever had. The hosts were extremely communicative (thank you Eugen and family for such a wonderful stay!), the house was picture perfect with great kitchen and ready accessories, a wonderful living area and comfy beds, not to mention the outdoor balcony that we thoroughly enjoyed after days of hiking. Kitchen was well equipped with spices and other items, Wi-Fi worked very well. Any question we had, Eugen was super responsive and also the washer - drier (paid, but the concierge lady helped find the place and she helped open the room when we were not sure about our keys) was a great add since we could travel with a clean set of clothes. Many thanks to Eugen and family for making this one of our best stays.

Finland- There were 3 frying pans, each of which were worn and in bad condition - The instructions on how to find the place were not very good. Confusingly, there are two different systems of room numbering in Zayetta building. One for the apartments (2 digits) and another for the hotel (3 digits). Number 11a is on the first floor. - Be warned that you need cash with exact change to pay the tourist tax. Card is not accepted.
- The location is excellent near the station and Coop / Migros supermarkets - The apartment is huge - WIFI works well - There was a good selection tea and spices in kitchen - Kitchen was well-equipped, like plenty of glasses and cutlery

We really liked how comfortable and convenient the apartment was. The kitchen was very well equipped and had lots of pantry basics which was very much appreciated. Also , the apartment is is the middle of town and literally 3 mins from the main train station and gornergrat rail so that was great. Lovely view of the surrounding mountains. Eugen the host was a pleasure to deal with. We hope to return one day!

AustraliaThe shower was good for us but if you were on the larger size, it would be cramped for you to bend in.
We stayed for 3 nights at the Orange Cube and had a very comfortable stay. It is close to everything and only a few minutes walk from the railway station and Gornergrat Bahn. The apartment is bigger than we expected and was very well outfitted and provisioned. It was exceptionally quiet at night and had external metal shutters in the bedroom that blacked out the room. The bed was comfortable and the water pressure was good in the shower. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. We would stay here again if we were to return to Zurich.
