The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were super comfortable and the view from our balcony of the Matterhorn and surrounds was spectacular.

The property was exceptionally clean. It had everything we needed. The stove worked great. The shower was really hot in a good way. Plenty of space. We are a bit up the hill away from the town, which we liked, because it was quiet and we enjoyed waking.

Great appartment in Zermatt - all was perfect ☺️ quiet flat, amazing view on the Matterhorn, comfortable beds and friendly host... We really loved our stay in Zermatt. If I go to Zermatt again, I'll rebook this flat!

There was no shower gel in the shower so we had to go buy some. I found out by chance where the user manuals for the appliances were, which was very helpful since appliances are so much different than at home. To have the manuals out would be nice in case one needs help with the tricky ultra modern European appliances.

No breakfast which is fine. We enjoyed the quietude and location outside town. We were never disturbed by noise and enjoyed being away from the incessant construction that is ruining Zermatt!

Ultra clean, spacious, peace and quiet area, close to Matterhorn gondola, Matterhorn view from balcony, very equipped kitchen, powerful washing machine and dryer, dry space for ski gear, friendly and informative stuff, this place has got everything you could think of.

There is nothing to complain about: the apartment is clean, the kitchen is well-equipped, and the bedroom is very cozy. The view from the backyard is truly exceptional. Every day in the evening, we enjoyed sitting in the backyard, having our after-hike dessert while admiring the Matterhorn. The location (at the edge of Zermatt, a 20-minute walk from the train station) should be seen as an advantage: it gives us the tranquility of a mountain village, with numerous hiking opportunities nearby.

Location was perfect for exploring and hiking. 25 minute walk from the train station and easy to walk into Zermatt for shops and dinner. Very clean apartment with well-equipped kitchen. The view was stunning - we had the groundfloor apartment with a spacious garden looking out to the Matterhorn. Would definitely recommend staying here! Tips: Washing machine is in the basement (if wish to use then bring franc coins for the meter). Hand and dishsoap provided but bring your own shampoo/conditioner and body wash.

such an amazing stay! the apartment was huge and provided everything we needed - lovely coffee machine, dishwasher, comfy beds, self serve laundry and an amazing view of the Matterhorn right out back. it’s a long uphill walk from town but so worth the quiet and the view you get. The host is lovely too - we would highly recommend!

Everything about the property is WOW !! It is very well maintained. The Perren family are very courteous and helpful. The view from the place is breathtaking. The property is spacious and has very good surroundings. If I go to Zermatt again, I will stay only at Felice.

Two things can be improved: 1) The way to find the accommodation is not clear. The way that goes to the place is not tarmac, which can create confusion. Even using Google Maps (or another similar navigation tool), you may get a bit lost. In this respect, some signs/arrows with the name of the place could be of great help (we noticed other accommodations have done so). 2) The place does not include any shower gel/soap (it does include hand soap though), which is fine, but it could be announced explicitly. A last remark, which does not relate to the administration of the place: the bus that goes to the apartment stops working before 20.00. So if you are having fun in town until late, then you will enjoy a good walk (which for us was fine).

Everything. The apartment has a spectacular view to the Matterhorn. That view is from the backyard, where the place is furnished with a table and chairs: perfect to address a bottle of wine while enjoying the Matterhorn at the sunset. The place overall is very well furnished; it has everything you need for a comfortable stay (dishes, cutlery, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, etc.); it has even some board games and nice books. The place has a TV that we didn't need to use at all. The bathroom is very modern and functional; it's a pleasure to be there. Something that we loved was the quietness of the area. For some people the location might be inconvenient because is not close to the center of Zermatt (for us that was a plus). In any case, near the apartment there are bus stops where you can catch the red-line buses (for free!).

Beautiful and convenient apartment. Amazing view on the Matterhorn (Cervin). Close from 3 good restaurants and from the Glacier Express. The host is nice, gentle and helpful.

Apartment was tricky to find. It would be helpful to inform renters at booking about the free bus line and bus stop to apartment and also a walking map to get there.

Apartment was large and clean with a beautiful view of Matterhorn. Kitchen is clean and well equipped; much appreciated. Location was a bit of a uphill walk from the train station and downtown, so if you have luggage you'll need to take a taxi. However, there is a free bus we found out on own later that takes you within 200m of the apartment.
