Lovely staff. Loads of car parking just across from hotel. There was a bus stop right beside hotel that brought you into centre of lucern. It was free with visitor pass. Lovely selection of food for breakfast.

Really great place to stay, our stay in Felmis in July 2025. Staff are really nice, breakfast was super. Reserved electric car charging station was really appreciated. I'd definitely go there again.

The bathroom is very small and lacked hooks to hang things. Also in the room there weren't enough hooks to hang your clothes, towels, etc. Also, the room really needs mosquito screens in front of the window. But the manager, a very kind and accommodating man, by the way, told us they have already been ordered, so next time that should all be fine!

Nice hotel in the outskirts of Luzern. Bathroom is small, but the shower jet was great! We were also glad that there were 2 separate matrasses, because they were a bit on the soft side. But we slept well. Breakfast was great: fresh fruits, cheeses, good bread, etc. We especially appreciated the kindness and attentiveness of the lady from Venezuela who works the breakfast shift. We visited Luzern from here by bus, because we preferred to stay in a quieter place than in the city. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel entrance. It's free of charge, with the tourist pass that you get from the hotel. Super convenient, because parking is expensive in Switzerland. Parking at this hotel is free of charge.

From the moment we arrived and were greeted by Patrick we knew we were in a well run hotel. We loved everything about this hotel.

We had a great stay. We were looking to have easy nature access and this hotel was perfectly located. We had a long walk near the lake and the landscapes were super nice. A bus stop is just in front, so you can reach town in 20 minutes. The hotel also has a restaurant but there's also a small city center 15minutes away. Everything went super smoothly.

Fantastic breakfast. Lots of choice. Staff were extremely helpful and attentive. Free transport into Lucerne a bonus. Buses were frequent, with the bus stop just opposite the hotel.

The breakfast was very nice. We did not try the restaurant in the evening but from the look of it I expect it would have been very nice. It feels like the restaurant is the main business of the place. It was very nice to have parking just across the street. They also have a charger where we could have charged our Tesla, but we had enough battery so we've chosen not to. They've also had free electric scooters that the guests could use, but in our case it was not possible since it was a bit rainy and was not the best weather for scooters.

What a lovely hotel this was, very friendly & helpful staff members, room was very clean & comfortable. Excellent shower, amazing views from our room & 1st class breakfast.. location is in a quiet village just a bus ride away from the main tourist areas. Eveything. Staff very nice. Rooms are very clean and roomy. Large shower. You control the air consitioning i like other hotels in switzerland. The location is a little away from the center but the hotel provides a pass so u dont pay for transportation within the city during the stay. The bus stops right in front of the hotel.

Very nice hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very good restaurant. Nice that they have air conditioning. First hotel on our European trip that had washclothes! Also have some English speaking TV stations. They also give you free bus passes to Lucerne and the bus stop is across the street.

Good breakfast, we used the free bus from outside the hotel into Luzern, didn't use the car while we ere there. The small coin laundry in the hotel was welcome.

Nothing we disliked. Some may find lack of shops and other restaurants in immediate area to be disappointing but we were happy with location.

The room was very comfortable and quiet. Small sitting area was nice and surprising to find skylight with shades that were power controlled. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast offerings were delicious, plentiful and fresh. Tried restaurant for dinner on first night and were blown away, so we ate there the next night too. Parking lot is across street, easily accessible and plenty of space. Location worked well for getting into town. Bus stop in front of hotel. Easy drive into town.
