The sofa bed wasn't any good. It kept falling down. Also, appliances didn't work and owner wasn't helpful either. We had to look around for hours before we could get the power outlets to work. And then there was no sugar for us to take cups of tea!

The location was good. Early check in was very helpful as we arrived earlier than the normal check-in time.

The direction given to us was very confusing- the apartment number (#15) was not mentioned anywhere in the address provided to us, also, there was a clear landmark of Bobby's restaurant but it was not mentioned either, it took us a long time to locate the house. There was no paper towel in the apartment.The window blinds were very difficult to operate.

There were 2 bathrooms, which we liked.

The only problem, not the host's fault, was simply finding the place walking from the train station. The map provided on line by the host started us in the right direction, but street signs are surprisingly hard to find in St. Moritz, and most doors along our walk showed no numbers. My advice to anyone not already familiar with the city: take a taxi!

Low ceiling in the hallway to the apartment was a bit claustrophobic, but inside the apartment was fine.

expensive , not comfortable to sleep on sofa bed , we was with 2 children ( honestly we book within one hour and they sending us an eamil that the apartment is ready for two.. unfor. i saw the msg later. in the booking app. was writing that the swimming pool is opening unf. is not it was a big disappoiting for the children. and we fall on sunday every thing their was close it was boring!! ( we ask refund they agree we r waiting yet to get)! its was cold at night we couldnt change tempreture in the room.

I hated the pillows and ended up with a bad neck! It would have been good to include some shampoo/shower gel! Also, it was soooooo hot so maybe turn the heating down a little.

This was totally out of the host's control, but there was a very loud construction project in the retail space above the apartment during our stay that ran from fairly early in the morning to the evening. It would have been nice to know about this in advance, but again, it was not in the host's control.

The location was great - very close to dining, shopping and access to outdoor activities. Check in was easy and the space worked well for our family - we were even able to take advantage of the indoor pool on a rainy afternoon.

Unfortunately, the pool and sauna were inaccessible during our one-day stay. We followed the instructions from our host but still failed to get in. The sofa bed was a bit short but would fit for those shorter than 170cm. There was an extra bed in the living room which was not very comfortable but for one-day stay it was fine.

The check-in and check-out are automatic. The host is responsive. The room is warm (we were traveling in early October, Autumn). The cooking facilities are powerful and easy to use.

There was nothing we didn't like although the apartment was possibly a little on the expensive side, even for St Moritz.

Great location and facilities. Easy for transport with plenty of buses and walking distance to the train station. We found that the apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed. A well equipped kitchen made preparing simple meals easy and there was plenty of coffee to get us ready for a full day in St Moritz. We especially enjoyed having access to the pool and our hosts were good enough to have the sauna switched on for us.

It’s hard to find by the address since it’s in a huge apartment complex and the underground parking garage entrance is on the other side of the front entrance.

It’s close to town and lake.
