Recensione verificataCamera estremamente pulita e molto silenziosa, il receptionist ci ha aiutato moltissimo con il parcheggio e illustrandoci cosa vedere in città e come raggiungere il centro, tutto ottimo. Abbiamo lasciato la macchina ad un parcheggio a pagamento lì vicino, il Butini, risparmiando tantissimo rispetto ai 45 franchi che ti fa pagare l'hotel

Aria condizionata NON funzionava e hanno messo un ventilatore in camera. Per un hotel 4 stelle a 245 euro a notte senza colazione NON è accettabile Inoltre il costo è stato maggiorato di 27 euro rispetto al costo di Booking senza speigazione

Regarding the air conditioning, we are currently in a transition period between heating and cooling modes. This requires a technical adjustment to our centralized system, and the recent unpredictable weather has made this process particularly challenging. We understand that providing a fan was not an ideal solution and we sincerely apologize for the discomfort caused. As for the price difference, it is due to the city tax, which is not included in the rate shown on Booking.com. This tax is collected separately at the hotel, as mentioned on the booking platform. Stanza inizialmente non perfettamente pulita (peli in bagno e tra gli asciugamani) e stanza rumorosa, vicino agli ascensori e tutta la notte si sentiva rumore del motore.
