The entrance is not very accessible for those with heavy bags and wheelchairs. It would be good to have a proper broom in the property to clean between the cleaning days. Also small thing, it would be good to have a curtain in the kitchen for some privacy. But these are overall minor compared to the positives.

Great location and very spacious, modern and clean rooms. Kitchen is well equipped for a short stay flat.

The property was simply and beautifully furnished, and perfectly clean. Great location in Zurich away from the tourist areas but very accessible to everything. Would be very happy to stay here again!

As mentioned by others, the lift is tiny (installed after the building was built) and can only fit two people or one person + one big luggage at a time.

I booked two rooms, and appreciate them arranging them to be next to one another. Check-in was a breeze, and on-site parking was readily available (entry was slightly tucked away, so look for the small entrance after the number 30 lobby area). The location is excellent; it is in a quiet residential neighborhood yet close to the tram station (Number 2 and 4 trams), allowing easy access to all the significant spots in Zurich. The Opera Market Square, where a big Christmas market is hosted annually, is also within walking distance. One of our family members had a birthday, and they took the time and effort to come around on the weekend to drop off a small chocolate present, which is much appreciated.

Was nice to have a washer and dryer, just a lot smaller than we are used to in the states. Still, great to have.

The amenities were very up-to-date and everything was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Location was in a great area that felt very convenient to be near restaurants and grocery stores. The tram stops were very close by and we were able to get to all of our tourist attractions easily. We slept comfortably every evening and enjoyed the space with our kids.

Apartment 42 is very spacious, I like that it is in the backyard, quiet, lovely balcony. Kitchen is very well equipped. The washing machine was a plus too. Great WiFi! Seefeld is one of the best areas in Zurich, a short stroll from the lake, plenty of small restaurants and cafes but in a quiet neighborhood.

The only thing we did mind a bit was the strict check in rules and I also inquired about a business invoice after the stay and received no response. So I think customer service could be improved.

The apartment was very clean and spacious. It had all the amenities we could wish for and if was very centrally located.

Foe light sleeper there was tram noise at night and the apartment could do with air-condition. A fan was provided but our stay was in hot weather and the fan only did so much.

-no air conditioning, which turned out to be ok with fans, but it got pretty hot some days during our stay on the 4th floor! -there is a 2-inch ledge/step between the foyer and the bedroom/living room. Once we got used to it, we knew to step over it, but it was just enough to stub your toe very easily

-Location was perfect! Steps away from the train and tons of restaurants/shopping, and a 10 min walk to the lake -Quiet at night -Bed was the most comfortable hotel bed we've ever slept on! -Crib was reserved for our baby, but the high chair was a surprise and very helpful

Location was great, we arrived late at night there was not a lot of lighting and some graffiti on the wall next to the building so a little scared at first, until we met with the host and on waking up the next morning realized it was very safe and in a pleasant neighborhood.

Great location, in my favorite neighborhood and a walking distance to the center. Very comfortable apartment with everything you may need or want, including washer/dryer, dishwasher and we'll equipped kitchen.

Bathroom shower was a little small and it's not walkable to old town

We have no complaints.

This apartment was gorgeous, clean, spacious, and on a very quiet street. We loved that it had a washer and dryer, and plenty of space for our family of 5. There is a tram stop less than a block away, and a train station a 10 minute walk away. There are fabulous bakeries within 2 blocks. It is a very safe and quiet area of Zurich, with lots of shops and restaurants. It was also really nice that they cleaned and freshened the room regularly.

I received several emails from the apartment asking me to fill in the arrival time & details... but it was difficult to reply as I could not directly reply to the email... so I had to go to web-mail (instead of phone email app), figure out how to reply and then only I was able to provide details... which took me several times of attemps while travelling and costantly on the road.

The check-in process was really easy and the staff was there waiting for me to arrive. All was done in 5minutes. The apartment was also in perfect seize, with little balcony to enjoy the beautiful inner-garden with trees. All the equipments worked well, kitchen was really well equipped. Washing machine & dryer all also worked perfectly. Overall very nice & practical & perfectly located place to stay!

The lift wasn’t always working which was a struggle to get up and down 5 flights of stairs with a pram at times. It was a really small lift as well.

Much room, the 2 bathrooms was luxurious, the water was hot, everything was clean and the kitchen and amenities were new and well stocked. Just an all around comfortable apartment.
