United KingdomThe restaurant was closed and we only found out about it by chance on the website. No one made an effort to ensure that we knew of the closure in advance of us staying at the hotel. Efforts had been made to cool the bedroom but it was still very hot overnight.
It was perfect for the purpose of an overnight stop. Good breakfast. Friendly staff.

United KingdomBathroom only had the sliding door with no lock (or privacy). We had two rooms booked of the same size, the other one was bigger and cozy, whilst the other one was almost unbearably hot with no proper air conditioning.
Location was very convenient and near the old town. Service was lovely at the reception. Comfy bed and clean rooms. Elevator small but helped with luggage.

PortugalNot related to the hotel but Sion could have more activity on a Summer weekend with more restaurants and bars open. It would for sure attract more tourists and people interested in discovering the surroundings.
The room is small but it met the expectations for a one-night stay. The staff is very kind and always helpful to support. The cleaning was great and the breakfast was also very good with a lot of options. The location of the hotel is central, very close to public transport.
