The place was dusty and the appliances were old.

The property is well connected to both the train stations and the bus stop is right below the property. The owner is very helpful and communicates well.

Host could have been a bit more friendly - he looked rather stern! Also, the trees outside the house could have been trimmed and spruced up to make the entrance more pleasing.

Location was quite accessible by either walking from Interlaken West or by bus. Close to facilities such as supermarkets and laundromats. 15 - 20 minutes walk to Interlaken central as well, and to Harder Kulm area.

Great view, spacious, nicely decorated house with the character, very friendly and welcoming host, lots of help. Very nice memories from Interlaken.

The place is an old swiss chalet which needs an upgrade. It needs to be decluttered/organized and cleaned by a professional house cleaner especially the kitchen and bathrooms. We also don't like the old carpet smell when coming in the apartment. Kitchen needs new kettle and utensils.

The location was perfect as it is in front to the bus stop and walkable to Interlaken town center. The owner was friendly and helpful.

You have to take into account the whole picture. It is an old authentic Swiss house for a bargain price. If you want up to date modern accommodation, go elsewhere. If you want to have a reasonable space to sleep in and taste the , atmosphere while saving money, it is a very good choice.

The location. Bus stop beside the apartment. Only 2 stops from Interlaken West. Very convenient.

Very ancient. Built in 19th century. Too many things in the room. No elevator. Shabby kitchen. Utensils and appliances were very old. Flat feather pillows.

Space. Large rooms. Dr Templemen was kind enough to see that we are fine.

Nothing, we loved the stay.

Mr. Tempelman was very kind, he told us about unique places to visit around, shared a map with us, even called tourism office for us. His house was clean, cozy and comfortable, we were 2 families with 3 children, we had really good time. There was enough space and good kitchen.

There are a lot of items in the house...and so some areas could be dusty.

Meir was very friendly and helpful. Provided all kinds of tips and map for the locations to visit. Easy to communicate via messaging, as well as accessible at the property; he lives in the bottom apartment.The location is great....about 8 mins walking to downtown. Bus service 105 is right by the house, and two other busses within a block. The house is historical and charming. It was built in 1864.

Dr. Med. Vet. Tempelman is a very kind man, who welcomed us kindly, and was very helpful in reccommending us hike trails and places to visit. We were a group og six, and found the price to be really good for the value. The apartments are in the second and third floor, and the Dr. Med. Vet. lives on the first floor and kindly answered any questions we would have. Thank you for our stay, this was our favourite place of our trip!

The oven takes a while to heat up, but we just waited with a beer, so no real complaints!

Location is amazing, great view of the mountains from the balcony. Easy to walk into town, bus stop right outside the door. Apartment had everything we needed and more and the owner even agreed for some swiss friends and our son and his girlfriend to join us there for meals. Don't expect modern, it's not, but it is authentic, spacious and functional, just like staying in a proper swiss home. The washing machine was a godsend and a spacious airer is also included. Host couldn't have been more helpful. Thank you for a lovely stay

Everything about the property is bad. Everything in it are very very very old. Very unclean. As soon as you enter the building, it stinks. Bathroom was unclean and stunk. It has 2 bedrooms and a living room. Not 4 bedrooms as described. The living room couches are so old and stained, you don't want to sit on them. There is junk things everywhere. Kitchen cabinets are filled with old pots and pans, which you don't want to touch. I guess the host doesn't throw away anything. No coffee maker, kettle was so old you don't want to use it. Microwave didn't work. Interlaken is a beautiful place, you need a nice stay when you come back after your day-trips. This is far from it. We were there for 4 nights and it was awful. Owner lives downstairs. He is a nice old man, but we are not there to see him, alright, no offence. He needs to invest some money to upgrade everything at the property, get professional cleaners to clean the place after each guest. When I returned the key, I saw him picking up a vacuum cleaner and coming upstairs. If he is the one cleaning it, that would explain the cleanliness, or lack of it. There is no light at the entrance, if you are coming at night, you need to use the flash light on your phone.

Regarding the property, only the location I liked.

Need better maintenance. Dirts on sofa, bathtub door broken and shower curtain not fully fit. Wooden floor creaked when walking.

Worst stay we have so far. Smelly and dirty apartment. Better not to stay here if you have other choices

Too much unhygienic. All surface, entrance, furniture is too much dirty. Bathroom is extreme bad condition, conjugated . Sofa is covers with very dirty cover. Special children can’t stay there. This one is the worst cottage ever I seen. Found lots of insect inside the house. Strongly not recommend.
