Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.

By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

Saudi Arabia"The only thing I didn’t like was the presence of spiders in the room, as I’m not comfortable with insect”
My stay at the hotel was truly exceptional! The breakfast was amazing, beyond description, though I would suggest adding a bit more variety to include dishes that suit Arab guests. The staff were incredibly polite, helpful, and attentive — special thanks to Cindy and Edgard for all their great support. The room was spacious (not just a suite), and I really enjoyed it. My children loved the place as well, especially being inside a farm with such a beautiful and relaxing view. I truly appreciate all the assistance provided and I’m definitely planning to visit again!"

NetherlandsThe only complaint I have about the room is that the beds were much firmer than I expected. They were much too hard for us. I'm used to boxsprings but the two beds available were both low on the floor and not the least bit soft. My partner ended up sleeping on the couch (which was incredibly comfortable). Everything in Switzerland is incredibly expensive compared to what we are used to, so that also includes the taxi rides to and from the hotel (a 15 min ride outside of the city). Keep that in mind when you visit.
The staff was excellent and always made us feel welcome. We had a few special requests (a little birthday celebration in the room, borrowing a vacuum for our vacuum-seal bags, etc.) and they accommodated us without question. The chef at the restaurant clearly deserves the Michelin stars he has been awarded; the food was fantastic and they did not skimp on the portions either.

It is a very charming place. We did not expect it to be SO beautiful. Also they have a very special restaurant there. Unfortunately, one guest left his dog in the room and the dog was barking. Because of this we had to wake up earlier than we wanted. The staff offered us a breakfast for free what was very nice and cheered us. Accidents can happen in every hotel, but a good hotel knows how to handle such situations. Good job 👍

FranceGreat experience. The location is very nice, surrounded by trees and wine yards, very beautiful view on the Rhône river. The hotel is surrounded by gardens, terraces, green spaces, there are flowers everywhere. The main building is surrounded by smaller ones and alleys, which means guests do not run into each other. There was plenty of space in the room and in the bathroom. A cake, biscuits and drinks were offered in the room. Great breakfast. Free parking just in front of the hotel. The staff is exceptionally helpful. Pets welcome.

NetherlandsNothing in particular. Maybe one note: with the airport, being convenently close, so is the landing strip. Some noise from airplanes is therefore unavoidable.
Superbe location in the middle of the vineyards, Only 10km from the Palexpo/ airport. Excellent breakfast with a personal en super friendly service. Nice little shop for spices, wines and local food on the premises. The restaurant of the hotel is a michelin star restaurant, yet unfortunately our program didn't allow us to have dinner there. The room is well equipped and confortable. One additional advantage of the location: one can avoid traffic congested Geneva.

United KingdomThe only negative: a pull out bed was provided for my 11 year old daughter, which wasn't clear on the booking, com website. It was comfortable but inevitably less comfortable than an actual bed. The pillows were so amazing though that she was happy as larry lying on top of one!
We booked late afternoon after our car broke down and we needed to get to a service centre nearby early the next morning. Despite arriving in the middle of their busy dinner service, we received a very personal welcome - the head chef happened to see me waiting, and came and help us find somehwere to park! That really set the tone of the place - relaxed luxury I would say. The room was large (with a couple of offered snacks) and must either have been sound-proofed or the other guests very quiet... we thought we were the only ones staying there until the lovely breakfast in the courtyard the next morning! It was a cold buffet with a wide selection - all the usual things you'd expect, plus some interesting additions - everything was very fresh (actually, except my husband's coffee), and tasty. As we were waiting for the car to be fixed, we had time to walk around the area a little - they have a terrace out the back with a lovely view over the vines which you can walk down through on a footpath sign-posted from the car park. You can also sneak a peak at their varied fruit trees and herb garden. The floral displays in the courtyards were also very nice. I would definitely go out of my way to return there - hopefully in time for dinner next time, since having seen the care with which the place is tended, I am sure the dinner would be beautiful!

United Arab EmiratesTerrible service- when we arrived at the reception, the receptionist remained on the phone for around 7 mins before even serving us. For a high star hotel costing this much, that is not acceptable. Awful beds, loud AC units, hot and stuffy, we were shoved into the worst corner of the hotel in a dark room. The bathroom light didn’t work. Shower didn’t work. Restaurant so expensive it makes your eyes water. We couldn’t wait to leave this overpriced dump.
It was in pretty grounds. The breakfast was nice

LuxembourgOverall, the place was fantastic although I would have given a higher rating for a better A/C in the room instead of the cranky, noisy retro-fitted contraption which was astonishingly bad and unusable during the night because of the noise (see photos). My stay was during a heatwave but thankfully it had cooled off during night. Neither did the in-room coffee machine work to which staff were indifferent and did nothing to find a solution. If you're like me and need a coffee first thing in the morning its really a very bad start to the day. I travelled with a pet and although the hotel is pet friendly, there wasn't much to make their stay more agreeable. No drinking bowel, no snacks, no basket, but worst of all, no garbage can(s) outside in any of the common areas where it would have been possible to dispose of "doggy waste" hygienically after taking the pet for a walk. Surely this is also in the interest of the hotel? This should be an absolute minimum. Breakfast was just "ok" with not as much variety as would have been expected from such an establishment. Neither was there anything warm such as eggs offered. (Single) staff member seemed to be rushed off his feet, leading to an excruciatingly long wait for coffee. Neither was a second coffee offered. Although some people who stay here might be insensitive to price, it felt as though breakfast was grossly over-priced for the variety and service received which was, sadly well below par. Some of the staff came across as being somewhat aloof. Particularly unfriendly was the gentleman in the gourmet store where he made you feel like an intruder, made no effort to smile nor explain any of the products or wines in an understandable manner when asked. I had gone in to buy a couple of cases of wine but decided against it.
Beautiful location, an oasis of peace and calm. Superbly clean, ample parking, enticing terrace(s) and great views over vineyard. Don't miss a stroll through the herb garden. A nice touch is the (delicious) complimentary cake and cookie in the room upon arrival.
