Reality is that there is no parking at the hotel ( it was written dans there is). We had to park in a public parking and it was more than OK ( just that we had to pay for it)

Personnel super Nice. The location is perfect close to the lake and to the funiculare. Despite a bit old, rhe hotel is super clean and it a was perfect for us.

Said they had breakfast, lunch, dinner but NONE was available, not even coffee. Lights in the bedroom and bathroom were extremely dim!!

Convenient, so close to the lake, bus, grocery. Staff very helpful, cheerful, patient. Nice veranda. Room was clean.

Spacious room. Had everything required. Free bus and train ticket in all of Ticino. Check in az around midnight was no problem.

Great location and was much better priced than other hotels in the area. I had quite a large room. Unfortunately it smelt of smoke but maybe the person before me hadn’t followed the no smoking rules Staff were really helpful Very close to the water

bathroom bathtub shower was too low. can hear the next door clearly. doorway light to the walkway after our room was off so didn't feel as comfortable over that. nothing fancy but works well for budget travellers generally, all not too bad, the above are just a few suggestions for improvement.

easy access tp bus stops and walking distance to Lake Lugano. location was good. enough bedding space. the free ticket to move around helped alot

LUGANO lacked personality. It was like an empty shell where business has taken over. The difference between lake Como and Lugano is like day and night.

Our rooms' windows had steel shutters that only opened a small distance, so very little view. Never found out what FREE BUS AND TRAIN TICKET was.

A modest walk from the Lugano Paradiso station and the lake. We found good restaurants for dinner and breakfast nearby. Lugano Centro station was much farther away.

The view was not great, right next to other buildings, and unable to leave the window open due to privacy. But we only stayed for one night and that was OK.

Close to the lake, small supermarket nearby, bus stop around the corner. Easy to get there.

The breakfast was poorly served, don’t mean the staff, but the food itself was not that good. Migros budget tea and no butter.

The only negative thing is that the minibar and AC don’t work. Apparently, you have to ask the staff but it is not explicitly explained at the check-in.

We weren't informed about the free transport within the area proactively. No shower holder in the bathroom

Well located to visit the area and nice staff, especially the owner, really friendly and customer oriented. The room was bigger than expected and the beds were comfortable. They stored our luggage before/after check in/out without charge and even offered a common bathroom if needed

Breakfast. Bathroom had no walk in shower. I had

Paid € 20,= for my dog. That was ok. Also paio ca. € 18,= for breakfast a d free parking. Parking was conveniently close in a city parking house. Breakfast was horrible. Coffee with the taste of dishwater. Croissants were heated from frozen produce. I could not eat them after my first bite.
