Obviously the bathroom could be better as it is a makeshift one but hey, for the price and location, you can’t have it all!

The location is incredible - right next door to Mandarin Oriental! And room was spacious - with a lovely balcony and a really beautiful view over the Rhône. We were also spoiled as we had a balcony. We were also lucky as the price was very reasonable (for Geneva and again the location and size of the room!)

The location on a very busy road in Geneva, with the hospital at one end of it, made the night very noisy. As the hotel doesn’t have air-con I had to open the windows but then had very disturbed sleep - won’t be an issue in winter? I did ask to be moved to a different room for the second night which they did and this was much better although you could still really hear the road. This for me is why I wouldn’t stay here again.

Really clean. Easy to find. Close to lots of attractions so easy to move around. Staff were super helpful and really accommodating. Rooms have everything you need in them, lots of towels, tea and coffee making facilities, good showers and very clean bathrooms, hair dryer to use.

The hotel is in an older building, which is very charming, but the organisation of the room was a bit impractical (big empty space behind head of the bed, not practical to sit and read, electricity outlets placements...) due to that.

Bathroom - the shower was tiny and bathroom gave vibes of a plane bathroom.

Location was perfect!! Staff were very responsive to messages and very accomodating with our requests to check in early. Despite it being an old building the facilities were great!! Loved the balcony and the huge doors.

think it is a nice location - right on the end of the lake side. It is quite and great views. The rooms are small (perhaps that is standard for Geneva); i was moved once from rooms so i got the chance in staying in two type of rooms. The only difference was the size and the views from the room. Clean room and good wifi. The reception staff were super helpful. all of them and help me in with all the necessary information. They have a kitchen in the lobby area which is basic though i did not use it. Not very far from the train station and the bus stop would be about a 5 min walk 100-200 metres. Happy with the choice because it away from the noise and peaceful

The shower worked well, but an adjustable head/wall fixture would have made showering a lot easier. We also visited in a heat wave, and whilst the hotel provided a decent desk fan, air-con would have been preferable.

Brilliant location, right on the river and a short walk from lots of excellent shops, restaurants, and scenic spots. Staff were superb throughout, and our room was a good size, nice bathroom, and comfortable bed. Despite proximity to a major road/tram way, the room was surprisingly quiet and well soundproofed.
