This apartment was everything we needed for a 4 night stay in Interlaken. The hosts were super informative and nothing was too much bother. Bus stop was on the door step but nowhere in town was too far to walk.

Poorly lit interior made reading difficult, sofa not very comfortable (I think it's convertible to a bed, seat too deep and little back support). Quite expensive for a pair of Brits but that mostly a result of the weakness of Sterling at this time.

Cosy, well equipped kitchen, good shower, close to Lidl store, bus stop right outside on route between the two stations, view of Jungfrau from dining area. Guest card supplied by host meant could hop on and off buses as needed without worrying about payment

The bus service 104 to OST is not available after 7:30 pm so you will have to walk to the stop for the alternate travel option but that's nothing to do with the apartment. It's just a public transport availability.

The place is amazing and in fact a big house with all the amenities you can think of and beyond. The kitchen is exceedingly well equipped with all the machines, crockery and lots of day to day usage salt and spices. They were kind enough to even provide a few coffee capsules as well. Patrick was a very nice person to talk to and even came to receive us at the apartment. He was kind enough and helpful to give us a tour of the house and guided with all the amenities and answered all our questions without hesitation. He explained everything very nicely and gave us the guest cards for local travel with lot of local recommendations documented at the dining table. The bathroom is amazing and bedroom is spacious and well equipped for all seasons with blankets and linens. They have a spa which can be used by guests. The bus stop is just outside the house with direct access to both Interlaken West and Ost. As a bonus you get a nice mountain view from the living room.

Your every need was catered for in this apartment. We couldn't fault it. We loved our stay. Four nights wasn't enough. The bus stop to/from Interlaken Ost is right outside your door, and a large Lidl supermarket is just down the street.

Mattress a little convex; dumb me couldn’t figure out washing machine but dryer easy.

Bus 104 right outside door—goes to Interlaken Ost Bahnhof; 100m away around corner is bus 105 which goes to Wilderswil Bahnhof. Easy downtown walk; Little Thai joint 200m was packed, beer at Latapberne with locals.

This charming, property wins on all counts - spacious, well appointed, comfortable and fully equipped with modern appliances. Feels just like home. The bus stop for route 104 is right at the door, making it super easy to go anywhere. Bus from interlaken OST / West runs every 30mins, might be a bit far with too much luggage. Bed wasn’t very comfortable, it was leaning to one side.

Cooking utensils and appliances were plentiful, very suitable for long stays. Owner was very friendly and helpful. The apartment also comes with access to a wellness centre (infrared sauna, jacuzzi), gym and even a pool table.

We didn't find anything we disliked or felt could be improved. However, for those interested in this apartment, here's a suggestion: Our room was on the first floor, and just outside the living room window is the road and a bus stop. Hence, at times, we felt the presence of people passing by and, to ensure privacy, we kept the curtains drawn. However, since we spent most of our daytime outside touring, and fewer people passed by at night, it didn't cause any inconvenience. Still, some might be sensitive to this aspect, so it might be a good idea to request the host for a room that isn't on the first floor.

I sincerely apologize for taking so long to write a review. I stayed in this apartment from May 30th to June 2nd. My husband and I deeply felt the hospitality and warmth of the host. She meticulously introduced us to the use of every appliance in the house and the surrounding environment, making us feel very at ease. The house is fully equipped, and all the appliances are of top quality. From the living room window, you can see the Jungfrau, which was an unexpected delight. What my husband and I found most memorable was the wellness center provided by the host, which had a hot tub and a sauna. Such enjoyment is quite a luxury in our country. After a day of hiking, coming back to enjoy these relaxing services truly felt like paradise. Thank you to this apartment for giving us such a amazing impression of Interlaken.

There was some noise from the upstairs apartment when people were walking across the floor or moving chairs. We were out exploring most of the time so wasn't a big deal..

Location was perfect. Bus stop outside to take you in to town or trains for the mountains all for free. Easy 5 min walk to bakeries, restaurants, and grocery store.View of the Jungfrau from the window everyday. Facilities were great, used the sauna and hot tub, super added bonus after a hard day hiking. Apartment was clean, modern and had everything needed. Hosts were also fantastic with greeting us and providing us suggestions to get us settled for a happy stay. Guest book with lots of good info and maps to navigate everywhere.

Water pressure in the shower was a bit on the low side but still manageable.

The apartment was very well-furnished, clean and extremely comfortable. Bus stop was right outside the apartment which was so convenient. Supermarket was just a 2 mins walk away. The washer and dryer were top quality as well which we really appreciated. The host (Patrick) came to greet us on our 2nd night which was a very nice touch. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will definitely book this apartment again if we’re ever back in Interlaken!
