Everything was great, but we noticed that the bathroom in the twin room (we booked two rooms) was quite a bit more spacious which might have been nice. We perhaps would have liked a couple more options on the dessert menu at dinner.

The rooms, south facing views, and facilities were all excellent. We ate at the restaurant both nights and enjoyed the variety very much, including the children's menu.

A stunning hotel with spotless rooms and crisp, fresh sheets. The staff is incredibly polite and welcoming. The on-site restaurant serves an absolutely delicious dinner, and the breakfasts are excellent. The view from the room is worth a million dollars — you could just sit on the balcony for hours and never want to leave

Simple yet wholesome breakfast but they should enhance the menu to really stand out

Everything, from check in until check out. Eva had checked us in prior to our arrival and it was the smoothest/ fastest check in ever. Got out of the car and straight into our upgraded suite. The rooms were simple and elegant, balcony view was awesome

Bar/lounge food menue could have offered more choice and was a little expensive, as were the drinks.

Staff were excellent - polite and customer-focused. Great mointain view from the hotel room. Quiet and peaceful. The food is good, although on the expensive side. It has a nice bar/lounge. The gym is mid-range. The spa is quite limited in size but the pool is perfect.

The bar should be correctly stocked and be able to provide the drinks that are listed in the drinks menu. My wife and I requested a local white wine and a Jameson's, neither of which was available. The breakfast was chaotic with not enough space available in the breakfast room with several parties moved to a room downstairs. This meant having to go up and down the stairs to get food. Moreover, there was not enough food available and food that was finished was not replaced. This was very disappointing.

The hotel is beautifully situated with views across the valley to the mountains. Very relaxing and comfortable public areas. Clean, airy rooms that totally met expectations. The reception staff were friendly and efficient.
