Check in was a chore. We had to hunt down someone who could help. However, it was a unique experience checking in at a restaurant kitchen

The room itself was fantastic! We got the top floor able to sleep 4 and the views are absolutely stunning out of the very uniquely shaped windows and roof. The rustic look and authentic touches made the room one of a kind.

They didn’t tell us you couldn’t drink the water and it was very expensive to buy bottled water at the hotel. We only found this out when dining at the resturant. Also we could easily hear the people in the room that was above us. (Not the rooms next door).

We enjoyed our stay. Loved the decor as it felt like a chalet in the mountains. Very clean room and beautiful views. We enjoyed our breakfast each morning.

Wifi didnt work at the time. Small room for 180 chf per night. No cabinet for the clothes. No discounts for thermal spa as another hotels provide.

The hôtel is well located and the room was very nice.. each room are unique and the bathroom looks like a small chalet. We got upgraded to à bigger room, which is really Nice and there's parking space available.

The only thing that would have made it better would have been a little more air flow.

The property itself was so lovely!! The staff was also amazing and we loved the restaurant! The breakfast was fabulous and we were all very comfortable. Each room is unique and it was perfect for a family stay. The only thing that would have made it better would have been a fan in the room to circulate air or (I’m showing my non-European self here) air conditioning. Other than that it was perfect!

the style of the hotel and every single room is just lovely, it feels like a Swiss Chalet. Restaurant opens at 18:00 and serves amazing food.

The property is well positioned in Laukerbad, very fancy and full of character. Nice big bed, very comfortable. The room was very clean too.

As it's a retrofitted older building, there is no lift. There is no barfridge

Right in the centre of town, walking distance to everything. Great buffet breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice machine to use. Restaurant/ pizzeria downstairs. Tastefully renovated whilst paying homage to building's age. Great view of the Alps.

cosy rooms and the buffet breakfast, especially the self-made orange juice. the hotel is in the city center which makes it ideal base to start of any activity (hiking, thermal baths.. etc..)

Such a cute hotel in an amazing location, downtown just a couple of steps away from restaurants and shops. The hotel has been remodeled and it has such cute touches. We loved staying here.

We were unfortunately not well received and did not feel welcome. The breakfast also did not meet our expectations: a wide selection of food, but cold eggs, stale bread. The hotel in itself is very nice, but it is very unfortunate that the manager is neither polite nor interested in the guests :-(

Interior details were awful executed. The company that did the interior works should definitively work with something else. This is a comment of a cabinet maker :)
