We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesThe self check-in signage needs to be better. After entering the hotel, it's not clear enough what the next step is to check in. While we were eating in the common area, three other pairs of guests arrived, and none of them could figure out what to do. Since we had figured it out, we walked them through the process. It was comical, since they were mostly German speaking travelers, and we are not, but they couldn't figure out the system. We were happy to help, but it certainly says something about the system if it's challenging for every guest.
A very comfortable small hotel, with a nice space for eating and relaxing on the ground floor.

SpainPillows were not great. I think carpet in the rooms is not the best choice for floor. The common spaces (dinning area) were a bit chaotic and not easy to find the kitchenware you need. Check in process was failing and we spent much longer than expected to get in.

Easy to find. Great location, less than 10 minutes walk from the station and the city centre. Clean and comfortable room, which was perfect for my 2 night stay in St. Gallen. Easy self check in with any problems quickly sorted out by the friendly staff at the sister hotel over the road. I enjoyed the great choice for breakfasts at that hotel. Very good value in what is an expensive country.

Netherlands- I stayed on the first floor and the wifi connection was weak. Our mobile data kept automatically connecting. - It can be a bit noisy in the morning with the parking lot on the back. - It seems there's no air conditioning, so it might be a bit warm in the summer. - The pillows were unfortunately too "empty", they caused us both neck pain sadly
- Love the self-check in. I ran into some trouble and staff came by immediately to help. 10/10 staff. - They have a fridge downstairs, as well as toilet paper and towels everywhere for all guests. - Everything was super clean. - Great price for the location and amount of nights.

Value for money place. Very close to the train station and reaching the property was very easy. Room was as described and clean with clean bathroom and TV. The reception has a coffee machine, which is helpful. We reached earlier than 4 pm and had to wait in the lobby which was well maintained. Nice little property without much frills.
