No luggage rack for suitcase, no drawers for storage during the middle of the night it seemed as though the air conditioning/ or electric use was pulled back because the room which had been very comfortable temperature wise suddenly became very hot, which woke me up. My friends staying there also experienced the same thing during the night-around 3 am

Breakfast was delicious and wonderful variety, the room was very clean The shuttle van to and from the airport was hugely convenient and the drivers were exceptionally kind and helpful The hotel is located very close to a public transportation bus which was very convenient to go into and back from downtown. The hotel gives free transportation passes for bus, tram and taxi boat on lac.

While the shuttle from the hotel to the airport was wonderful, it was a bit tricky getting from the airport to the hotel.

A very good experience for an airport hotel. A very comfortable stay that exceeded expectations. Nearby BeauSite Cafe was wonderful as well for dinner.

It had a great rate for the summer. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. The AC is quiet and a good temperature. Very close to the airport. A bus stop across the street. Easy to checkin.

What you would expect for an international hotel near the airport. Helpfulmstaff and good facilities. Good access to airport via hotel shuttle and to the city centre with bus stop virtually at the door. Good breakfast.

Very convenient to airport and used shuttle both ways. Driver and front desk staff were very accommodating. We received a free local Geneva public transportation pass to use on local buses, ferry, trains during our stay.

The hotel has opposite Migrolina so you can buy food and snacks, opposite bus station which takes you downtown to the lake area, its also near the airport and 5 minutes away on a free shuttle by the hotel which is fantastic!! Also the hotel was able to cater to my daughters allergies and makes very nice pizzas ... thank you! Room was great as well

Great hotel with airport shuttle. Comfortable, clean and great sized room with everything you could need. Restaurant food very good too. Close to a park/woods also so it was great for a run. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the no 10 bus to the city centre stops right across from the hotel. Highly recommend overall!

A little far from the city with only the hotel’s restaurant to use for food. No nearby eating places and one has to rely on food delivery services. However with other positive points, this little issue pales in comparison.

1. Very good facilities 2. Well connected with the centre of Geneva by local transport. 3. Hotel provided us with day travel passes for the duration of stay which could be used to use public transport and boat rides for free ( an excellent gift we did not expect). 4. Friendly helpful staff. 5. Free shuttle service to and from the Geneva airport. 6. On the first day a small room with a foukd smelling toilet was provided. The staff earnestly changed the room which took some time and we were given a better room. Excellent customer care.

I do not like to shower standing in a bath. The milk in the coffee machine served in the dining room, tastes different and negatively affects the coffee experience

We liked the location. It is very close to the airport and car hire operations. The breakfast staff were efficient and there was a large variety of food to pic from. The room was well equipped, quite and comfortable. Tea and coffee was provided in the room. The staff are all very helpful and responsive and multi-lingual. I think the biggest asset at this hotel are the staff.

Shower drain very slow, forcing a short shower (we call it a sailor’s shower) to keep from flooding the floor. When mentioned to the desk upon checkout, they wanted to know why we didn’t call them when it happened, but I was not up to having someone into the room at 9 o’clock at night poking around. Offered a coffee as an apology. Declined.

Good business hotel at a good location from the airport - free airport shuttle every 20 minutes that is convenient. Bed and showers are okay, standard - breakfast is excellent with lots of choice and good coffee. Nice garden area for breakfast.
