United KingdomOur room felt a bit “tired” and could do with new furniture although the bed was really comfortable and the views were stunning.
Very elegant public areas. The staff were really lovely and reception so helpful and pleasant. The views were stunning. The local bus service stops right outside the hotel and are frequent to St Moritz and note that the nearest train station is Celerina and not St Moritz at which many of the main inter-city routes stop.

SwitzerlandThe on-textile Steam Bath was switched off and Whirlpool was a little on the chilly side. Also 60 CHF for e-parking places is quite a lot.
Great Ski Hotel with lovely staff. Perfect location, walking distance to lift. Large rooms with plenty of storage space, free parking and lots of restaurant options. Grand old Hotel, beautifully renovated and a real (somewhat affordable) option in the St Moritz ski area.

RussiaFood in restaurant is not bad but does not fit to the level of the hotel. 30 Swiss franks for the dog for each day of the stay is not fare.
Location is amazing. This place is much worth to stay yuan in touristic and money-oriented Sankt Moritz. Service is exceptional. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. You get more than expecting except food.

SwitzerlandThe dinner at the restaurant Giacomo's: food was excellent, service was less than mediocre. No bread (until I politely asked once my food was there). The steak was undercooked, not a problem as such.... I asked for medium and got medium-rare. I told the waiter that 1) it wasn't done enough and 2) it was also cold to the touch (had probably been standing for a while as the plate was also cold). He went on to lecture me how a medium (rare?) steak should be 50° (but 50° is warm to the touch, no)?. Berated me when I didn't want the dessert speciality (I worked almost 10 years in the kitchen-I know what I like and what I don't like). And, eventhough I still gave a 10% tip (which is not necessary in Switzerland) I did not even receive the smallest of thank yous. I work in the service industry. If one of my employees acted like this they could find a new job.

And this is all set in beautiful surroundings with Mountain views. Then the super professional en friendly check in and very kind staff in the Hotel... Must come again.... Winter will be wonderful also.....highly recommend it!
