The location was really convenient for seeing Geneva! Very easy to access public transportation and to get to the lake. Really enjoyed our stay here!

It was very costly for a hostel, even for a single room, though that seemed a bit to be the case for hostels in Geneva compared to other places. It's also near a ton of restaurants, but otherwise a bit far from anything you'd be going to go see in Geneva. However, tram stop is only 5 minutes away so it's not necessarily a big issue, just except it to take a little time to get places.

No air conditioning but was relieved during the hot summer night to at least have a fan in the room, which was very much appreciated! The hostel is quiet, and I loved that they had a fridge in the kitchen where you could store food, and a small little outdoor area. Felt very safe there, and loved that they have free lockers you can use on check in/out days, which was super helpful!!

That would be complaining on a high level. This is a hostel, not a five stars hotel. I fully enjoyed my stay here!

Who's expecting a full equiped five stars Hotel, this is the wrong adress. Thats why I don't understand the negative comments. The personel was very kind and offered assistance at any time. I got bed sheets and towels at any time, the kitchen was fully euquiped and I could cook every evening for myself. On top I met lovely people and we shared the time together. Lidl is two minutes by foot. It was cleaned everyday. Wifi is free and I've got a public transport card for geneva. What more do you want?

The portable fan was very small for the size of the room and made a lot of noise, so my room mate turned it off. It was peak summer time and the room got very hot, sweaty and musty and was uncomfortable to sleep

The location is very good, very near the lake and the bus station. It is also 15 minutes walk from the train station.

There is no AC (probably a summer issue only, but still) and limited option of opening a window. Despite not facing the main street directly, the car/bike noises were too loud

no aircon in summer is hard, appreciate that aircon isn’t usual in geneva but maybe a large ceiling fan could be a good idea

I booked a 4 people room and got put on a 3 people room that was tiny. No circulation space if people didn't stow their luggage away, but only 2 lockers big enough for a regular carry-on bag. Only form of ventilation/heat control were the windows, but once you opened them the room became too noisy, since the hostel is on a main avenue.

Staff was friendly, check-in/out process was simple, everything was clean and comfortable. Really liked the self-laundry and storage room spaces. Just a 10min walk from the main train station and Gare Cornavin, which have plenty of food kiosks, a Migros market, and the main bus and tram routes in the city. Neighborhood offers a diversity of restaurants, from the prices to the type of cuisine, you'll certainly find somewhere to eat out!

Really, for a hostel the facilities are tip top. Maybe it's just that we come from Vietnam, but it is very expensive, even for a hostel. This perception is possibly exacerbated by our living in Vietnam, but as a family of four we could afford only one night as we needed 2 private rooms to accommodate our number.

The space was simple but super tidy. Bathrooms and bedrooms were immaculately clean. As a bonus, guests (all guests I think) get passes to the Geneva transit system for the duration of their stay! Staff were generally friendly.

The main downside was the shower—it was fixed quite high and couldn’t be adjusted, so the water sprayed onto the opposite wall under me, which made it a bit tricky to use. Additionally, there was no AC, and during the heatwave, the room got quite hot.

This is a nice option for a budget stay in Geneva. I stayed in a dormitory for only three people, which felt quite private and comfortable. The common areas were spacious and perfect for working or relaxing, and there was a little garden as well. The kitchen was large and well-equipped. The staff was also very kind and welcoming. Another big plus is the location—it's just perfect! The hostel is very close to tram stops, making it easy to reach any place in the city.
