Dear citizen Nela, Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. We want you to know that we are truly sorry to hear that your time was less than enjoyable and that we did not meet your expectations. We understand that our bedrooms may be smaller in comparison with other hotels though we have designed them to ensure the necessities are there. A giant XL bed, powerful rain shower and working desk. With that in mind we also designed our great living room space, filled with great Vitra furniture for our guests to come and relax with us whilst they enjoy a bite to eat and/or a well deserved drink whilst being able to plug in their laptops and work away. We'd like to add that we listen to your feedback and we constantly review the designs of our rooms to meet modern travellers' expectations. While our existing hotels remain as they are, our new and future rooms may look different. Safe travels, citizen Joffrey
