The only improvement could be some thinner bed sheets or some air conditioning as it was warm overnight at some points.

Regula is an amazing host and made us feel extremely welcomed and comfortable. The location is fantastic with easy access to Schwendi station, amazing views and a quiet location. The amenities are great and has more than enough for a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We absolutely loved everything about our stay! The location is perfect—close to everything we planned to do. The room was super comfortable, and the outside balcony had the most amazing view of the snowy mountains. Our host was incredibly attentive and wonderful, which made the experience even better. The property is located an easy couple of minutes walk from Schwendi bei Grindelwald stop (Schwendi station). The station is small and easy to access and has a beautiful river running past. The train runs every half hour to next stop, Terminal (3 min trip) and next from that Grindelwald station (7 min) with beautiful views. Our stay was absolutely perfect! The accommodation is perfectly situated and very quiet and private! We stayed in an apartment with full privacy and exclusive use. The accommodation was very clean, well maintained and very spacious with a large dining and lounge area and balcony with a beautiful view. There was everything available to cook at home, should you choose, including a microwave (which is the only place so far in our travels which has had one). Our host was wonderful! From the moment we arrived we felt welcome and nothing was too much trouble. I would have loved to stay longer and when we are back this is the place I will rebook without hesitation. Thank you to our host!

Sparkling clean apartment, great views, kitchen packed with a lot of appliances like toaster, two kinds of coffee machines, kettle , fondue pot etc…!!! Regula is very friendly and helpful host !!! Train station just over the corner, which is convenient. Definitely recommend this place !!!

Maybe the pillows could be slightly thick/not as flat. Then again it is subjective or a preference thing. Other than that everything else was perfect.

Having to go home.

Fantastic property very well located with the local train ( free to Grindelwald if you are staying at the property) 150m from the property and we only used our car once in the whole week. Lovely garden with fabulous views of the Eiger. Just a fantastic stay and Regula is a superb host. Many many thanks John and Emma.

It is located just a one-minute walk from Schwendi Station, one stop away from Grindelwald Station, and there is also a great view of the Eiger from the lawn garden.

The female owner was very friendly and spoke easy to understand English, which made me feel at ease. Due to heavy rain, the train from Grindelwald to Interlaken was cancelled, but she was able to show us how to get on the replacement bus, which was a great help.

Absolutely delightful accommodation with a charming host, Regula. Situated mere steps away from the Schwendi train station, it's just a brief ten-minute journey to the Grindelwald Terminal and two primary ski lifts. Equipped with all essential kitchen appliances and boasting a terrace complete with a grill, our stay was nothing short of perfection. I wholeheartedly recommend it to others, a solid 10 out of 10 experience.
