The apartment offered excellent views; however, a complete vista of the Matterhorn was not available from our balcony. While not a negative aspect, convenient access to local amenities and shopping necessitates a visit to the town center. This location is approximately a 25-minute walk, with an uphill return journey to consider. Alternatively, local transportation options are available.

The apartment offered a modern and well-appointed living space in a prime location. Its proximity to local hiking trails, coupled with its off-road setting, ensured a peaceful and secluded environment. Furthermore, the property provided convenient access to the Matterhorn cable car, while also serving as an ideal base for hiking enthusiasts, with immediate access to at least six distinct trailheads.

Everything was perfect right from the very beginning. The guaranteed transport from the station to the apartment is very helpful. A very warm welcome and an apartment that is well-equipped. It’s a bit away from the city center, which we personally really liked. Peace and quiet. Beautiful views from the balcony. Top!

Little too modern !

Most isolated and peaceful property from the hustle bustle of main town. The host provided with complementary taxi transport to the location and an extra coupon that we used for an early morning ride to the train station when buses don’t ply. Local free buses are punctual but limited during extreme hours so free taxi from the property is a relief when carrying luggage. People who like to walk are in for a treat. Lazy ones stay away from this property. Probably the only property in Zermatt that’s surrounded by meadows with grazing cattle giving off sweet symphony of bells ! Last but not the least the host is a gentleman with composure and understanding of a father figure. He’ll read you and then reply as per your comfort clarifying everything like a true professional. Offered us so many complimentary snacks and sweets! The best host in whole of Switzerland!

It was a little far from the main center area and the bus stops running at 745pm. So you would have to walk up those hills and work your calf muscles or take an expensive taxi ride up. But the location was in a nice quiet area.

I loved the amenities this chalet had. They offered us a lot of free snacks and pasta which was a nice touch. There was also laundry on site which was great even though we didn't have time to use it. Christoph was really nice, attentive and helpful. I appreciated the complimentary taxi rides to and from the train station since it is a little far from the main part of town. The room was really clean and the small kitchen came with all essentials needed.

The appartment is exactly as described. Very clean and modern. It's at the edge of Zermatt, next to the start of several trails.

It was a 20 minute walks from the train station, but it’s beautiful the whole way.

Nothing - everything was great!

Great location, away from the hustle and bustle of the tourists in the main town of Zermatt. View from the terrace on the Matterhorn, with a feeling of being deep in the mountains while not far from the town. Easily accessible with the taxi service included in the booking on arrival and departure. Free buses run regularly also but centre also walkable in under 20 minutes. Very easy check in and check out, apartment had everything we needed with some lovely extra touches like coffee, tea and snacks provided. Appreciated the very easy to use sofa bed for the kids which could be set up in a matter of seconds each evening. Friendly host who provided all the information we needed.
