Location was a little inconvenient since most of our activities required us to utilize the Interlaken Ost station. It isn't anything related to the property itself which was unique experienece and different from the other lodging experiences we had on our trip. At the end of a long day of walking and activities, it was just an extra distance to either walk or take public transportation from the other side of town.

Our room felt very private even though there are multiple guests staying in the same location. It was a unique experinece staying in a 100 + year old home. The rooms have been very nicely updated and made to feel comfortable. Having laundry appliances available was a much needed amenity, allowing us to clean clothing midway through our trip. Hostess was very kind and wanted to make sure our experinece was great.

The host was absolutely amazing… he helped us with our luggage because my husband is disabled and he was on hand to answer any questions. The apartment looked over the river and we adored sitting on our balcony at night watching the world go by. A very comfortable bed …. We had everything we needed and more! Exceptional!

I bit overpriced for what it offered and the shared spaces were a bit shabby.

Walking distance from the train station but still quiet and on the river. Characters features and a nice garden area to sit. The kitchen facilities were basic but enabled preparation of meals which saves some money.

I would like to thank Mr. Marco for his warm hospitality, kindness, and welcoming attitude. The breakfast was delicious and varied, the room and facilities were comfortable and clean, and most importantly, the view was stunning. The property is very close to the city center/train station right in front of a beautiful river and the views from the bed were breathtaking! The property owner Marco was super friendly and showed us everything in the property and even lent us bikes to go around! Marco is awesome! Gave us recommendations of where to swim in the river in those beautiful summer afternoons after hikes to Murren and the Grouts. Great home base for adventures in the alps!

The first couple of nights we did not have the air conditioning listed. It would be nice to be able to link to your own media on the TV. A few more towels would always help.

Hosts were wonderful. Location was walkable and in a safe location. The apartment had very good amenities. Laundry facilities were helpful & outside property areas were beautiful. We felt very welcomed.

This was by far the best accommodation I stayed in during my trip to Switzerland. From the moment I arrived to the moment I checked out, everything was absolutely perfect. First of all, the host was incredibly kind and helpful. They provided detailed and thoughtful instructions before my arrival, making check-in smooth and stress-free. Throughout the stay, they also gave me useful information about the house and the surrounding area, which made my trip even more enjoyable. I’ve traveled a lot, but it’s rare to meet such a warm and sincere host. The view from the chalet was absolutely breathtaking. The scenery of the Swiss mountains, village, and river unfolding outside the window was far more beautiful than any photo, and just staying there—watching the changing light and fresh air from morning to night—was deeply healing. It truly felt like I had stepped into a fairy tale. Inside, the chalet was spotless, cozy, and tastefully decorated. Every small detail showed care and thoughtfulness. The bed was soft and comfortable, and I was able to relax and get great rest during my stay. If I ever come back to Switzerland, I would love to stay here again. This place made my trip extra special, and I’m truly grateful to the host. I will definitely be recommending this chalet to all my friends back in Korea.

We loved being on the quiet canal, off the busy streets. This apartment is beautiful and so well equipped. The bed is comfortable! The gardens are beautiful and the view is awesome! Loved using their bikes to see more of the area. Mallika and Marco welcomed us warmly and made sure we had everything needed. Hope to be back again!! Highly recommend.

Marco, the owner of the Apartment was best. He is so helpful and cooperative. We checked in early and we left for the local sightseeing and when we were back all our luggage was already put up in the room which was on the 2nd floor. The facilities and the food stuff available in the apartment was more than expected. The apartment had all the things that is generally available in our own house. Location is also very close to the West station (350m) The view from the balcony was perfect and we could see Mt Jungfraujoch from there.
