No air conditioning created a very warm loft area

The construction next door wasn’t disclosed and no blinds on the windows to keep the place cool. They did leave us fans but the loft had such a low ceiling one couldn’t stand in any part of the room without banging your head. The owner said it was part of the charm but I disagree! Also, ridiculous harassing about rules leading up to the stay. Strict hours were honored but nobody likes to be treated this way

Everything was great! I would definitely recommend this property to a family / group of 8! Since there is no parking provided, it is best to check the prices at the Lauterbrunnen Station carpark nearby. https://maps.app.goo.gl/TjMtboTBntdmsG8QA

The unobstructed view was breathtaking and matched the images shared by the host. The living room was very cozy and served as the perfect common space for a family. The location was a 1-minute walk to the Lauterbrunnen Station and Coop supermarket. The kitchen was very modern and had all the appliances you needed. There was a very good restaurant right across the street. The bathroom is not entirely "private" as it is shared between two bedrooms (so you will have to lock two doors when using the amenity). There are two showers and one toilet in this bathroom, which is great. There is a spare toilet located on the second floor in the living room. As a big family, I am fine giving my two children each a shower in the same bathroom. It would just be ideal for the group travellers to have a better glimpse of the layout of this property.

The property was easy to find, clean, perfectly positioned (a 4 minute walk to the Lauterbrunnen train station, and about the same distance to the waterfall). The views from the property were stunning and everything was exactly as described.

It was a little difficult to find. If they put the street number at the front of the chalet, that would be super helpful.

The chalet was beautiful. Whomever designed and built it did it with much pride, skill, and talent. The location was great. Very roomy and comfortable. Exceptionally clean. The view from the terrace was breathtaking.

A little better description on where to park and where the house was. Maybe mention it is the building next to the laundry? It is hard to see the addresses. When I did the online check-in and in the messages I mentioned the 4 adults and 1 child. It would be good if there were an extra duvet just in case because we weren’t going to share a room with my family.

The view was GORGEOUS!!! We loved that it was right in town. The house was clean and in great shape! I appreciated the fast replies by the owner and the lockbox made things easy.

Location was right in center of town. Perfect. The address given was located incorrectly through Apple Maps, so we had difficulty finding it originally.

Due to being right on the main road, it could be a little noisy at times. The kitchen wasn't very well appointed for self catering.

The chalet was spacious, beds were comfortable. It has the most exceptional view from the living area. It's location is very good, in the heart of town, close to walking tracks, train, shops.

Expensive for what you get. .No AC and although opening the windows would produce a great breeze, there are no screens on the windows so flies would come in within seconds of opening the windows. The fans in the rooms would just circulate hot air especially in the loft bedroom. The chalet is starting to show its age in the bathroom especially. Check in and check out are really strict and not standard. 10am check out and 4pm check in is extreme )Should be 11am and 3pm).

Perfect location in the town. Great view and large enough for a group of 6.
