If you are coming from the USA, there is no air conditioning.,However, just keep all the windows open and use the fans provided to circulate the air. It cools off a lot at night, but keep that in mind.

We absolutely loved staying here. Wilderswil is much more quiet and relaxed compared to Interlaken and this location was perfect for our needs. Just a short walk from the train station and markets. Beds were comfortable. The building was clean. There were 7 of us total that stayed here and if you have a large group it’s a great place to stay.

Needed instructions for TV - somebody had wiped all the channels and it took a long time to find out how to get them going again Beds- comfortable however people in our group kept running into the base and cut their legs a little

Location - excellent with hotels nearby to drink and coffee shop. There is no need to stay in more expensive accommodation in Interlaken when you can get there for free from Wilderswil Public Transport - free to get to train station and Interlaken with visitor pass - this is very good and short walk from front door to catch bus.

Furniture was broken and banged up. Very cheap furniture for the price. Couch cushion missing. Shower tub combo sprayed out water on floor. Pull out sofa legs missing. Need more details with street name for trash bins location.

I like how the owner thought about every detail on the property, under ground safe parking 🅿️ for every room, spacious bed rooms and huge living room with PlayStation 4 for the kids to play and free WiFi, the view on balcony for the mountains were breathtaking, the free washing machine service underground and dryer is amazing, the owners’ fast communication was very helpful and the instructions to to get into the property were easy, the location was great in the middle of the three important places in Switzerland, Interlaken and Grindelwald and Lauterbrunnen. There is Petrol station and Market closed at 10pm have most of your needs and coffee and snacks, also very close to vey beautiful restaurants with great reviews. I would really recommend the place and would definitely come again in the future with my family.

No basics such as sugar or salt or shower gel, so you will have to buy these yourself even if it’s for a short stay like ours which was a bit of a waste, the apartment smelled of food when we arrived at 6pm like someone had decided to make lunch before we entered the apartment so we had to open all the windows and air out then apartment first, there was an ash tray full of cigarette butts on the balcony. Bit disappointing given that check out is 10am and check in is after 4pm and not a great job cleaning the apartment despite having 6 hours to do so, plus having to pay an extra fee for our dog for no real reason as far as I can see. Bathroom tap is a press activated tap rather than one you can control, means you waste water when you just want a little bit, and not enough when you need more.

Location was excellent, quiet, had raclette and fondue equipment, beautiful scenery, can see jungFrau from the balcony. Our dog loved sitting there watching the mountains.

Only one problem that one of the bathrooms with the bathtub has no curtain and if this could be fixed, it would be great.

Everything about the apartment was perfect. The apartment is quite spacious for a family of 6. All the rooms are well ventilated and the location of the apartment is very good. The views from the balcony is amazing. Almost all the bathroom and kitchen essentials were provided. Also, all other facilities in the apartment is very good. The home is wheelchair accessible and is very close to the bus stop and at a walking distance from the Wilderswil train station. A very apt location for being around Interlaken area as it is close to interlaken, Lauterbrunen, Grindelwald and all other wonderful places around this area. I didn't feel like leaving this place and also felt great staying here. I would definitely recommend this place for families with kids and for group of friends.

Everything was neat and clean with all the required stuff. Even we asked for an hour extension and they did not think for a min and just extended the check out time for us. It is a very spacious apartment ideal for groups. The village is very calm and there are lots of things to explore. We like this village much better than the Grindelwald which is widely advertised. The view from the apartment is breathtaking with a good mix of snow clad mountains, greens, village road and beautifully built houses around. The people are very warm and very helpful. The team was very prompt in replying to all our queries and very flexible and approachable. Our best times in Switzerland were spent here and we wished for one more day of extension just to enjoy the house and village of Wilderswil. Loved it.

The staff. I had 3 60+ years old and they didnt allow 30 min early checkin even when they were all ready citing that all guests ask for late checkout. When i asked for 30 min late checkout they said they cant do it and rather i need to book for one more day and on top pay 400 chf cleaning fees even for 1 day. I feel i should paste the response here. They do not care about anyone’s situation and were terribly rude

I informed the host within 45 minutes of my arrival for a broken toilet. But she accused me for it and informed about repairing charges. The bed was noisy it was creaking even if I changed sides. I complained the customer care of booking.com and got things sorted. But the experience was not great. The washing and dryer are in basement which is not mentioned anywhere in the listing. Will not recommend this property because of the attitude of the host.

Loaction and view is good. The balcony is also good. Good apartment if you are not met with issues I faced.
