It is a cozy, charming room, we loved the interior and also the view from the garden. It was easy to communicate with the owner, he was very kind and nice. It is a small village, you can park 1 minute from the house. There are restaurant recommendations, try Locanda Orelli!

I would generally prefer to park my car next to the chalet but that is not possible due to the space literally not being there. Honestly, it didn’t matter because the parking is a 1 minute walk down the hill and it’s safe to leave all your stuff in the car.

This chalet is a nice experience. The reason why I give a 10/10 is that al standard commercial places become boring over time. This small chalet in the middle of the mountains is the exact opposite. The full wood interior and the low ceiling (I’m 1.83 and nearly touch the ceiling) made it really cosy. The bed is also great.

Perfect location, very beautiful views around. You can spend an hour to wander into the woods and mountain.

Wish there were hiking trails a bit closer, The ceiling is very low, if you are over 6 feet don't stay here. Mattress needs an update. Bedding and other items were nice.

The chalet was small, but perfect for a stopover on our way home from Lake Como. We loved the ruggedness of the location, so quiet with beautiful views in all directions. We had dinner in a Michelin rated restaurant in the next town over. The chalet was comfortable and clean. Close to museums and just south of the Saint Gotthard Pass.

Room hight was maybe 185cm, so if you are tall, watch out your head :)

Apartment was very clean and nice. Recently renovated. Offered small freezer to keep drinks cool. Small hill to climb but not bad at all.

The ceiling is definitely low. No basic cutlery (bring your own one if you have your breakfast with you).

Chalet is magical: located on a hill with a fantastic view over the mountains. Wooden room creates wonderful atmosphere.

I cannot say anything negative about the property but be warned that if you are over 5’5” your head will be close to the ceiling. :)

This adorable chalet was placed in a fairytale setting. I’ve been wanting to visit Switzerland all my life and this location was perfect!

Location the view down the valley, the cow bells singing, and of course the river below rushing down the mountain. The owner was most gracious. He recommended a lovely restaurant 1 km away which was excellent.

Inappropriate parking and too far for motorcycles. Not suitable for motorcycles because of the terrain,there is a possibility of being run down. The price does not match the facilities. It had 2 towels equivalent for 4 while we were 4 people. The upper floor too narrow Toilet too small

The room was advertised with a kitchen, photo of a kitchen. The manager said this was an accident and the room had only a micro refrigerator which was not plugged in, and a hot water pot. They messaged us that we should bring our own provisions as there isn’t a store or restaurant available. So we bought meat and cheese, milk and eggs, and then there was no way to keep the food from going bad. The manager argued about this mistake in the listing. We also mentioned that we were killing giant black carpenter ants. He again argued and said they don’t have ants. So we had to show a video. Again, he minimized this and said that black ants aren’t harmful. (They have a terrible bite) Tired of arguing with the manager. Take responsibility for poor listing details, and if a renter says there are ants, apologize and say that the housekeeper will set out traps! Done. Easy. Respectful. This manager was exhausting

The pictures of the room on its Booking.com page show a microwave and a coffeemaker. None of these was available, which is a pity when you arrive at dusk and yearn for a cup of warm milk. The only thing there was an electric kettle. Disappointing, given that there is no kitchen. The webpage list under “Kitchen” the aforementioned coffeemaker and kettle—only that there is no kitchen. The WiFi died two hours after arrival and never returned, despite the efforts of several people. All in all, the stay could, and should, have been more positively memorable.

Very cozy, , nicely appointed, alpine character. If you ever wondered what it feels like to be inside one of these iconic Swiss wooden houses perched on the green, conifer-clad slopes as you drive past, this is it.
