I had a wonderful stay at Chalet Carve! The view was absolutely stunning. It felt like waking up in a postcard of Grindelwald every morning. The place was thoughtfully equipped with so many essentials, which made the stay incredibly comfortable and convenient. From kitchen basics to extra toiletries, everything I needed was already there. On top of that, the host, Claudia was exceptionally kind and welcoming, always ready to help and genuinely caring. I truly appreciated the hospitality and attention to detail. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable getaway!

We absolutely loved staying in Chalet Carve. Claudia is lovely and made us feel welcome. The chalet is beautifully decorated and has everything you need. Wireless charger, umbrellas, Shopping bags, and more! The attention to detail and thought Claudia has gone into furnishing the apartment is second to none. Highly recommend staying here. We miss it already. Location is excellent.

The property is gorgeous! All the little touches set it apart from other stays. Tons of info in the guide book. Plug converters, umbrellas, flashlights, bikes available, ski storage. Beautifully decorated. Grindelwald is a must! It was our favorite stay of the trip

Everything!! We loved our 4 nights there, even chose to eat dinner at the apartment so we could enjoy it. Beautiful views, nice space for two couples, comfortable beds. Great location by coop, town and bus/train! Didn’t want to leave. Host was so very helpful and informative and available.

Everything was well thought out, can't suggest any upgrades. It was warm in warmer weather and we were only at about 27, I know they don't have air conditioning. A fan was provided without us asking when the evenings/nights were warm.

Such a lovely location, exceptional views of the scenery from the balcony, enjoyed sitting out rain or shine. Exceptionally well kitted out residence. There was nothing I could've wanted that wasn't provided. Umbrella's for rain, shopping bags, binoculars, bikes, USB phone sockets, nothing that hadn't been thought of. The kitchen and bathroom are petite but have everything needed. The hosts were easy to contact and couldn't have done more to make us feel at home and make our trip successful. Kids were welcomed and allowed to be kids, they loved the football and table tennis in the basement and hammock swings on the balcony as well as the games room.

Nothing. Just what we were looking for in Grindelwald.

Our stay at Chalet CARVE was perfect! We are a family of four and stayed for 3 nights. This is a true 2 bedroom, one bath with a full kitchen and living room. We really liked the personal out door space which had a full outside table & chairs and two additional lounge chairs. Our kids played in the yard and my wife and I sat on the lounge chairs enjoying the views of the mountains. Very easy walkn from Grindelwald Train Station (not Grindelwald Terminal). Although we did walk to Grindelwald Terminal both mornings (20 minutes or so, beautiful and easy) to start our hikes/gondola rides. The town / village of Grindelwald is a five minute walk from the Apartment was clean, spacious and easily fits 5 five people. Hosts were great at communication and easy to work with. They live on the 3rd floor when in town. Washer & Dryer on premise which was huge for us (5 weeks of travel in Europe!). I look forward to staying here again at some point in the future. And I would recommend this place to all of my family and friends.

With heavy luggage it does take an effort to arrive and also walk back to the station, but this isn't the end of the world.

We met Claudia and David, the owner of the chalet. Felt extremely welcome and looked after during the stay. Really can't fault anything about the chalet, the garden at the ground floor and the neighbourhood. Great decision to stay on the ground floor, as the Grindelwald valley view is just in front. The area is quiet and just 15 min walking distance to town, although you have to walk up the hill a bit. There are lots of facilities offered by the chalet, laundry service, parking and also bikes, indoor table tennis....
