Very warm host, This is the first time we travelled in EU that the host will come to the main station to welcome us, very nice and clean hoilday house. We have a great time in the house and the environment around it is great.

SwitzerlandLocation is superb. Just a few minutes walk from the train station. Being able to access the key ourselves was a great help due to us missing a connection at Luzern and arriving much later than planned. The chalet has four beds and a sofa so perfect for a family or group. Dining table that can seat six people. Kitchen has all the amenities you would need, including a dish washer. Has a balcony also with great mountain views. Chalet is placed perfectly for the walks up to the Kulm, Scheidegg and First. You need to take your own towels but that was communicated to us well in advance so no issues at all.

United StatesHad to bring own towels. They take up a lot of room so this makes it difficult when you are trying to limit luggage to bring on public transportation. Light in the dining room was not working-or we just couldn't figure out the switches. The stand lamp in the living room flickered really badly. All small things and certainly didn't affect our stay, but maybe some things to check or give more explanation to guests.
Views were spectacular. Everything needed in the kitchen. Beds and seating areas were comfortable. Area was quiet. Small grocery store near by.

AustraliaIs expensive to get to the property, with ferry from lucern, then cog train. But it was a fun experience, and how often in your life will you get to arrive at your destination by cog train 😁
Gorgeous property in a stunning location. And surprising good value for Switzerland. We stayed for 3 nights with my son and partner. The accomodation handled it easily. Definitely the best part was the fabulous views, walking, and being serenaded by the sound of cow bells. Truly a beautiful experience.
