Our room wasn't ready when we arrived. The cleaning staff were vacuuming up dog hair frim the guests before us.The staff were very nice about it though. On the day we left, the cleaning staff tried to come in to our room twice an hour before check out and didn't knock before entering which was quite annoying.

Could really do with a fan, especially at night. Rooms stay warm. Pillows are way too flat and you only have one. They should replace the pillows or add a few cushions. Water in shower is great but it has a shower curtain. Curtain is always in the way.

Good sized apartment. Location is good. You can walk to bus and train station in 10 minutes or catch the local bus. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We asked for some clean towels and they remade room with new bedding.

The room is very warm and i woke up in the middle of the night perspiring but i dont want to open the door from the back/lanai for fresh air since im alone in the room.

The location was perfect and surrounded by beautiful mountains. Also just walking distance from Grindelwald Dorf Station. The room was small but it has everything you need in the kitchen. The bed is comfortable.

I like how the staff tried to fix issues and welcomed me. The location is perfect. It is close to a ski place and bus stop.

The pillows were very uncomfortable - if you have the option to bring your own, do so. Also a pedestal fan would have been beneficial when it warmed up. As once doors to the balcony were closed as night, it got a bit warm.

The size of the apartment and that it had a kitchen and clothes airer - these were great assets to have on our stay. Really appreciated having a fridge. Close to the Grindelwald First Bahn.

the check out could be at 11. 10 is a bit early. we had an apartment without view, there is a small outside place but unfortunatly no privacy

Wish there is power socket along the side of the bed to charge gadgets else you have to go other side of room to use one accessible power socket. You might need fan on some hot days if you do not want to open window. Always cover open windows with net curtain else flies might enter the room during daytime and then you will have additional job to kill them with flyswatter available in room.

It has good location as restaurants ,stores ,transportation is within walking distance. Studio is not big but it is clean and bright. It has sitting area outside the studio to get fresh air. Staff is helpful, informative and friendly. You can ask reception if you want something extra in the room they will help you.

Locks in both hotel entrance and room doors sometimes don’t work right. We almost got locked inside our room. Also had a hard time opening the main door to exit the hotel. We had a view of a cement wall. AC doesn’t work. Silverware was dirty. Not a very accommodating hotel.

For me it was great, had to sleep with sliding door open each night,as it was so hot in room. Never saw any staff, for help for that. For nine nights two rolls of toilet paper would have been nice I only got one. Next time option for view would be nice. There was a very bad smell in fridge when I arrived cleaned it many times after two days it was gone, was worried by bug count in fridge. Other than this to come from Australia where we pay three times the price it was comfortable, hint a channel say BBC in English would have been good too for TV Thank you again Tonia

- no plug near bed - dirty shower curtain and carpet - reception isn’t open early and late - difficult to discuss things in that window as ppl are hiking during most of the day

- train station and Coop close on foot - comfortable room and bed - great kitchen equipment to cook many dishes

There was only one very flat pillow and the room was extremely hot.

The apartment had absolutely everything we could've wanted. The room was spacious and immaculately clean. It was in a perfect location near the centre.
