Great service and dinner in a modern hotel, but the lack of proper air conditioning made the stay uncomfortable.

The air conditioning was too weak to cool the room, making it very hot and difficult to sleep, while breakfast was quite basic.

The staff at reception were extremely friendly and helpful, the room was very clean, modern, and comfortable, and dinner was excellent with outstanding service.

Not sure what's up with the huge glass window granting a full view of anyone using the bathroom in the room. Not only this, but if someone uses the bathroom at night, the light will illuminate the entire room. During our stay, there were some construction-like related noises during the evening, but not at night or morning. Parking space is very limited and partially obstructed by snow. You can park for free behind the restaurant as well, but it's better to inform the staff (they were very helpful) since it was not clear if this space is ok for the guests.

The room is very nice, and probably among the nicest across all the other options in the region for the price. Everything inside is clean and modern. The room provides free coffee and even beer! Some tea bags would have been nice in addition, though. The reception was welcoming and helpful. Bathroom is also more than fine (perhaps the commenters complaining about its size had a different room layout). The hotel is a good spot to stay if you're planning a quick visit to the mountains in the south and continuing your journey the next day.

See above regarding television. Also the water in the shower was cold on our last evening. Also the lift failed to work at times.

Junior Suite was excellent although the television would have been better in the sitting area rather than the bedroom. Beds were very comfortable.

The location - Brig is just 5 minutes away and a much better location. No air-conditioning that we could find.

It was okay - pleasant enough. Average breakfast. Parking was good.

Thankfully, the check-out proved to be less eventful and far quicker than the check-in ordeal. Additionally, the hotel’s location is ideal for those who enjoy a gentle morning stroll, making it easy to step out and explore. In sum, while Adaastra Boutique Hotel nails it on comfort and aesthetics, the initial interaction leaves much to be desired.

The Adaastra Boutique Hotel offers a curious blend of futuristic check-in processes and traditional comfort. First things first: the automated check-in process needs a spotlight warning when you book. Don't get me wrong, I appreciate a bit of modern efficiency, but after a long journey, the last thing you want is to wrestle with a temperamental machine. You’re expected to input your reservation number, personal details, and then hope the machine graciously decides to issue your room card. My own battle with this digital beast ate up 30 painstaking minutes - far from a warm welcome. Despite the rocky start, the hotel does redeem itself once you step past the lobby. The interior of the elevator and the room itself present a stark contrast to the frustrating tech. I was genuinely impressed by the meticulous craftsmanship and thoughtful color palette that greeted me—this isn’t your run-of-the-mill, cookie-cutter hotel room but a sanctuary of high quality and taste. I appreciated the exceptional quality beer from a private brewery in the area available in the room - an interesting regional feature.

Chaotic corridor layout at each floor level.

Compacted room with comfortable beds, we stayed during the new year Eve for couple of day. Very Friendly staff except for the shift in the morning. Parking free behind the structure.

The restaurant used for breakfast was also not polite and helpful as the staff were. We bought our rooms for breakfast. We couldn't have breakfast because we didn't have time. When we wanted to buy yogurt in the morning, we were told that there was no take away.

Dinner restaurant staff was very kind person also meals was very beautiful.

A very impolite employee on New Year's Eve disrupted our sleep when the fire alarm went off, prompting us to go downstairs. Upon inquiring about the situation, the hotel employee rudely shouted that everything was already fine, instructing us to return to our room. Meanwhile, a noisy party was taking place, and the hotel showed little concern in managing the noise. In the morning after, when we complained about last night, they offered us a free breakfast. To be honest, I didn’t have a good experience in this hotel at all.

It's a bit narrow inside (elevator, corridor) and from the outside it's looking a bit old fashioned and sad but inside it's all fresh and cosy.

Friendly and helpful staff, Free parking behind the hotel, free electric charging in front of the hotel. Modern interior, nice styling of the room, free beer and water in the fridge. Perfect breakfast.

Nothing really! I really enjoyed my stay and wish I could've stayed longer. I did actually manage to stay an extra 2 days in the Adhhoc hotel.

There was a superb selection for breakfast. Being a frequent visitor I had expected this and I was not disappointed! The room I stayed in was very comfortable. Can't wait until next year!

They do not have a real vegan friendly breakfast at all, at least they‘ve organised some vegan food for us. The restaurant is great but the buffet is not worth the money we would say. Even if it‘s one of the coolest hotels in this area, I‘m sure there is some room for improvement.

The staff on day 1 was super cool and helpful at all levels! Even helped with the e-car charging. Organised all the stuff needed in the rooms and even early checkin worked fine!

Restaurant was very expensive. We’re encouraged to go in by reception staff and it seemed like a good idea and it was lovely but very very expensive for what it was.

The virtual reception, I’d rather a human be there, especially after our long drive from the uk, we had no hotel pre-booked, and find this service (which seems to be everywhere) a real pain!

It’s stylish and staff we’re very helpful, especially Marco was a character I’ll never forget! And the food in the restaurant was delicious.
