We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Cervo Zermatt. What truly sets this place apart is the incredible attention to all the little details that make the experience so unique and memorable. We had an amazing stay! My family and I truly enjoyed every moment at the resort. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The food was delicious with a great variety to choose from each day. The resort itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation. We would definitely love to come back!

Only negative part was that there is no air conditioning in zermatt and it was a bit hot when we were staying, however the hotel was able to provide a great fan for the room.

Very clean, best hotel in zermatt if you want that overall amazing experience. The spa facilities is an amazing bonus. Very relaxing, beautiful and enjoyable to relax in the spa with the view during the day. Perfect for 2 days in Zermatt.

The trees were blocking the view of the Matterhorn of some rooms which was not expected as I was told all rooms had views of Matterhorn

Cervo was awesome! Super chill atmosphere, cool little bazar to browse, and the huntsman beer hit the spot. Staff were super friendly and made us feel right at home. The Matterhorn view? Just wow. Breakfast was on point too. Loved how they’ve got sustainability built into everything. Feels good to relax somewhere that actually cares. Total relaxation mode from start to finish. Would definitely come back!

We had a truly wonderful experience at CERVO Mountain Resort! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The weather was perfect, which made the already breathtaking view of the Matterhorn even more magical. The resort itself is beautifully designed and ideally located just a short walk from the village...conveniently accessible by an elevator. We were warmly greeted at the train station by a kind porter, which set the tone for the rest of my stay. The staff at CERVO were incredibly professional, friendly, and genuinely kind. They made every interaction feel personal and warm. The room was spotless, beautifully appointed, and very comfortable, clearly maintained with great attention to detail. Great spa activities and super friendly head barista who made us fancy coffee. Thank you CERVO team!

This hotel is excellent! The best hotel we ever stayed. Staff members looked after us very well . Food was amazing we just ate at hotel everyday ! Amazing activities we joint breakfast Yoga which is hiking and yoga in the peaceful beautiful view spot. Everything was breathtaking. 10/10 ✨

For me a special place full of memories: My parents took me to Zermatt when I was a child, and I still remember the breathtaking landscape and the nice moments we spent near the Matterhorn. Coming back years later with my wife has been forever a dream. The guest agent recommended some beautiful hiking routes in advance, servicio muy especial!! Next Summer at cervo mountain resort is allready in the calendar, see you then!

As with everything and everywhere in Switzerland the prices are sky high. The red wine in the room 'bar' was not pleasant!

The numerous lifts/long way to take to connect from our building/room to the ski storage and then to the spa was a bit convoluted. Beautiful big yoga room unfortunately some classes on the weekly program get canceled w/o notice (e.g. sound healing) and yoga teacher level isn't great.. suggest to make the most of the yoga room and add an additional class session in the morning + evening. The resort gets activated on a daily basis with apres-ski live events but as a consequence premises get quickly dirty, lift gets dysfunctional/broken as per the heavy customer traffic and also a little unsafe as non-guests are coming in-and-out around the resort and accessing all different parts. The resort restaurants should carry a wider offer of farm-to-table as Cervo advertises as well as healthy meal options, during our stay it was a lot of burgers, fondue, rosti, bergkase pasta, etc. all of which makes a diet quite difficult to sustain when staying during an entire week and having this fare for both lunch + dinner. Also in-room dining should carry more options + more healthy options as well, there is barely one salad (fattoush) and no home-cooked soups on the entire menu.. for a 5-star resort of this price range this is rather unacceptable. Finally, during winter the resort is a bit isolated and it is not super easy to get down in the village for dinner or drinks except by paying for a 30.- one-way taxi ride which quickly gets quite expensive if doing this every day/2-days.

Overall the hotel concept is great and original, beautiful design and architecture and nice and cosy room decoration including plenty of amenities, products to use during the stay and small attentions and cute artsy and craftsmanship details. Very clean and well-maintained. We had a great sleep there and our room (Alpinist) was very quiet and well-isolated from the noise of the party lounge downstairs during the apres-ski. One can ski-in/ski-out easily as the Sunnegga slopes are conveniently located in the vicinity, and the ski rental/storage system is very practical and works logistically very well. The Atman spa is nice too and features a diversity of spa offerings (massages, facials, hammam, sauna, ice bath, onsen, etc.) that is very much appreciated after a day skiing or hiking. There are 3 restaurants also featuring different types of cuisines with creative menus and dishes. The breakfast is delicious and features a mix of buffet cold cuts + a la carte warm dishes. The staff is very international, accommodating, flexible and helpful and it is super easy to communicate with them via WhatsApp. Albeit a couple of details and room for improvement (see below) we overall had a fantastic stay and will definitely be back at Cervo:)

Everything!!! The room, the bathroom, the view, the customer service. The u expected surprise birthday cake at breakfast. The fact that nothing was too much. This was my first solo trip for my birthday and CERVO made it everything I imagined. I have no regrets or negatives. It was everything I imagined and hoped it to be. It is on the pricey side and this was a treat to myself so I did not mind. However for the price you do get what you see and read. So was worth it! Thank you 🙏🏽

Some better coordination between the team could have prevented miscommunication though typically everything was well organized. Some of the dishes at Nostre Madre were on the salty side.

Our stay was fantastic! The design in the entire hotel is both cozy, local and modern and accurate. I liked especially the design of the minibar in the room. the spa was excellent and the best part was the team who were always willing to help. The Yoga and meditation classes were spot on! With accommodations to different levels. The Bazaar was great, the dishes and flavors took me back to my childhood, thank you for this experience. The team is very welcoming and professional
