In pedestrian zone, so car parking somewhere else or in small (paid) hotel parking-lot. Had a lot of fun to get out early morning, but staff was again wonderful helpful. Maybe price / value should be little bit adjusted 🙋🏻‍♂️

All good, a little bit simple furniture in the room, however comfortable bed and pillows. Good sanitair, although not recent. And what a wonderful location. Good restaurant and early and nice breakfast. The staff is amazing 👍 Had a very good stay.

Very well located in the centre of the lovely village of Poschiavo, which is pedestrianised, so very quiet. We had a wood panelled room, which smelled wonderful. Beds comfortable and breakfast lovely. We also had an evening meal in the square outside, which though not cheap (this is Switzerland) was very nice.

Would have been good to have two pillows each but that was the only thing that we didn't like!

I was slightly disappointed with the breakfast. There was yummy bread, but the presentation was lacking, and there was no fresh fruit or warm eggs.

The rooms were very clean, lovely sheets, and the rooms have been renovated (compared to some of the pictures I saw online). The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The area is gorgeous!

Room was quite small - but not a problem for a short stay.

Hotel was very clean and cosy - traditional decor rather than super-modern. Breakfast was good. Located right in the middle of this pretty little town - we just stopped overnight while travelling the Bernina Express. We're keen walkers and should/could have stayed longer to do some walking in the area. We had a lovely dinner in the sister hotel just across the square.

Inadequate signing on the street. From the train station there were easy to follow signs for a few metres but then nothing. It was fortunate that a local lady was able to direct us.

Breakfast was fine. Sufficient choice and enough of it. The young lady serving supper was, apparently, on her own so she was run off her feet and we had to wait a while before she could seat us. Supper menu was adequate and the meal tasty.

Very friendly staff. Parking available right beside the hotel. Breakfast was plenty. Coffee very good. Dinner was excellent at a decent price. It's the second time I've been here for a stopover. Definitely can recommend.

We were here for a car event so for us it was a perfect location. A beautiful little square with restaurants of fantastic quality. Hotel was super friendly and very accommodating

Right next to the main square of Poschiavo, excellent room and friendly staff. I would also highly recommend to dine in.

I had a wonderful stay at the Centrale. It's a great location in the historic centre of Poschiavo; everything you need is on your doorstep. As long as you are staying more than 2 nights, you will get a tourist card which includes free public transport in the valley, which is so handy. The staff were all very friendly and kind to me. I stayed in one of the rooms on the top floor, the bed was the biggest bed I've ever slept in in my life. I really couldn't have been any more comfortable and happy there. The breakfast offer was plenty for me and set me up well for each day. The price is more than fair for the area, really good value for money. I love the Valposchiavo and would definitely stay at the Centrale next time I come back. Grazie a tutto il personale.

Breakfast should include eggs, Müsli would be nice, this is Switzerland after all. I recommend a few hooks in the bathroom, a comfy chair in the room, there is enough space.
