How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores weβve received and divide that total by the number of review scores weβve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we wonβt display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once theyβre 36 months old β or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether itβs just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when weβve done this.

Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

Verified reviewTo start with there was a misstatements about two bathrooms. There was actually a one full bathroom with defective knobs of shower and second was just WC. Beds were too small so itβs only good for one couple. Last day for almost two hours the water supply and heating was completely cut off.
Wish we had not gone to St Moritz to stay at substandard quality apartment paying more than CHF 300 per night.
From the very beginning, you proved to be difficult and impractical guests. Unfortunately, there was a water leak in the building from the pipes of another apartment, and the concierge had to shut off the water system for one hour to carry out the repair. As a result, the radiators were also turned off for an hour. Everything had been communicated in advance with a notice posted in the elevator two days earlier. After the water supply was restored, I explained to you to let the water run for a bit to flush out the rust residue, which commonly forms in the pipes. I offered you an extra night free of charge or a late check-out, but you declined. The beds are standard double size. Iβm sorry, but unfortunately this inconvenience was beyond my control.

Happy that you liked the spectacular view of Lake St Moritz and the design of the apartment; if you asked me I would have explain how to solve the stove problem and how to adjust the heaters to your needs;however, there is a book on the table with all the instructions on how to solve these problems. The host did not respond to my need for more towels. There was no tissue in the residence. The host did not respond to my need for laundry detergent. Not enough napkins as I had to tear/use paper towel. We couldβve used more coffee and creamer and sugarsβ¦ the basics.
Hello. Thank you for appreciating the home style and location. When some days before check in I send the instructions and the contact of the keyholder on site and my personal cellular number, saying for any problem to contact me ,but you never call me asking anything why? However when you rent a home in Europe you are not supposed to find tissue and milk and sugar and coffee. That is in hotel. For our kindness we leave sugar ,table napkins ,toilet paper ,soap,milk ,biscuit, fruit juice as a welcome kit but then you need to buy what it is necessary for your stay. I think you would consider this for your next stay elsewhere.

Communication on arrival was not great and led to some discomfort. The bedrooms are very small and the wardrobes occupy too much space. The furniture in the kitchen is super old The shower was not working well. The toilet seat must be changed - it turned yellow! Windows are not closing properly so they let cold come in and noise from nearby parties. The garage entrance is tight and the parking space is extremely small.
I think all you wrote is wrong. Maybe this is not the right home you are describing !

Milk and OJ thoughtfully provided in fridge which was appreciated as we arrived late on a Sunday. Nespresso machine and pods provided too. Apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. TV has numerous channels - covering most European and English channels. Good for down time!
Shame that the swimming pool wasn't open but we knew that before coming as it was all mentioned in the booking process. There was really nothing not to like!

Verified reviewA cosy , stylish and clean apartment, well equipped kitchen, huge terrace with lovely view , very friendly staff. Great location .
In winter time with all guests staying indoors I would recommend this cosy apartment for 3 adults or 4 adults + 2 kids ( not teenagers). The garage is crammed, but having said this : one can park a bigger size car.
