Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

It was the second time we'd stayed here and we love it. Great location, everything we need, kitchenette, washing machine and dryer, comfortable bed, a good shower and off-street free parking. Perfect

Top floor apartment bathroom was a bit out of shape but otherwise fully functional.
We liked everything. We rented two suites, one on the groundfloor with access to a very nice garden and one on the top floor with a stuning view.

Great place, excellent location and value for money. Comfortable, simple stay. Exactly what we were looking for. Easy to find. Quiet area. Garden at the back is nice. Easy access to spa and train station. Close to the shops. Overall great - would stay again!

Didn´t see any staff. would have liked towel change each day. Didn´t notice room had been serviced even though there was a card with the name of person responsible during our stay.

Only one thing......the pillows are too soft. No support for the neck. Would help to have spare pillows in wardrobe.
Position and amenities fine. Spacious inside and big balcony. Would definitely return.

The only thing that is out of the apartment responsibilities - is the bell that wakes you up pretty early.
It was really pleasant stay, comfort kitchen with all needed, really spacious room, huge terrace with nice mountain view. Clean and nicely designed apartment. Comfortable bed, silky pleasant bedclothes. Extremely clean air that helps you fall asleep like a baby.

This was such a good value and really convenient. Perfect for our needs, nice & clean but simple. If you are only staying one or two days, I think it's worth buying the breakfast which is served just across in another hotel (also very cute!) And definitely have tea and a treat at Liu's Teahouse almost just around the corner, this was phenomenal. Lastly, this is a lovely region, we didn't know much about before and we'd definitely go back.

I would have preferred more coffee pods. We only had 2 and those were finished on day 1. A fan would have been nice as well for the hot day. Nothing more to add.
The location, big room and clean. It was a nice stay and the balcony was really nice. Easy to find location and Only a few minutes walk from the train station and city center.

The studio was absolutely clean and large with a comfortable bed. It is a perfect place to stay in Bad Ragaz . The studio has everything you need : a nice outside terrace as well as a well-equipped kitchen and even with an umbellar!

It’s a lovely, light apartment and feels very spacious. Everything we needed was supplied. Our stay was also wonderfully quiet. The apartment comes with access to outdoor seating space with chairs provided.

I think everything was fine.
The property was very well equipped, they even had a laundry in the building for free. We were able to use everything, (capsules were for the coffee machine etc.). The view from the windows were beautiful! We liked that we were able to make complete dark inside. There was possibility to make a raclette and other things too.

The pillows were very large, but had very little stuffing in them.
The apartment was very clean. It was quiet. The kitchen was well equipped.
