The checkout was a bit early, but not that big of an issue!

The room was really nice, and they had air conditioning as well!! (it was 42 degrees outside). The property in general was really good. Quite modern and unique, comfortable tho. It was also close to the main train station (walking distance) and a lot of restaurants around the place so easy to get around.

No lift. Our room was on the fourth floor and we had to carry all the bags to the room. For senior citizens or old age people it can be tiring.

Room interior and cleanliness was good. Location is 20 minutes walk from Zurich train station and the area is good. The view from balcony is nice, you can see the city street below. Kitchen was small and well organised.

Air conditioning very loud in the night, and could do with another (working) socket. An EU adapter would make it even better.

Very easy to check-in and check-out. It was a hot summer evening, so we greatly appreciated the air conditioning. The room had a cozy interior with playful decorating.

The room was advertised as 1 living space and 1 separate bedroom. This wasn’t the case. It is 1 large living space with bed and a separate bathroom. This didn’t cause us a problem , but was t what we expected from the description.

The location is very central. Mini markets just a short still and restaurants over the road. Beautiful room with AC and adequate kitchenette.

We had a problem, we did not receive the pass code to enter asit was a weekend day. However, we found one staff who helped us to get the no and enter. No lift

Zürich is expensive so it can’t be helped but this was one of the most expensive accommodations per night that we stayed in in our trip across Belgium/austria/germany/switzerland/france etc. the quality of the finish wasn’t amazing, stylish but not that durable. Quite a few broken things around but it was comfy and none of the broken things affected our enjoyment of the space so all good. There were 5 of us on the booking and only 4 single duvets and pillows provided - I have no doubt I could have requested extra and would’ve been helped but I didn’t discover it until late (two of the beds were sofa beds so we didn’t make them up at first). Not the nicest part of Zürich either but pretty handy for the centre - great for us as just a stop over one night.

Clearly a lot of thought went into the design - we were on the rooftop which was cool & it had air con which was amazing as it was 30 degrees & v sunny.

It wasn’t really clean. They didn’t take the trash out before our arrival. The room was outdated and there are many details that they could take care of easily that would make the place more pleasant. It says that breakfast would be delivered but I didn’t receive it. I am not sure where they deliver to and because there’s nobody at the time of check in/out you cant ask. When I asked questions through the messages they took a while to respond.

The location was good, quiet neighborhood around restaurants and shops. Having a kitchenette was helpful. 10 mins walk to the train station.

The room was very small, the toilet had a clogged drain and the water barely went down.

The location was very good and it was a short distance from the central train station. The check-in and check-out system was automated and excellent.

⚠️ Cons: As expected, the building has no elevator, which we were aware of. However, we were still surprised to be assigned a room on the very top floor, even though we were traveling with a child and had heavy luggage. It made arrival a bit exhausting.

✅ Pros: The air conditioning worked very well, which was a huge relief during the warm days. The room was well-equipped, with helpful extras like a microwave, making short stays more comfortable. The location is great — only a short walk from a tram stop, which made getting around easy and efficient.

For some reason in my other parties room is smelled of cigarettes. The windows were shut and the only explanation I can give was it was near the smoke spot outside but who knows. Otherwise an excellent stay

I love the AC many places don’t have that!! The location is very convent kind of in the middle of everything and the nice around you not sketchy like most places we’ve been in this trip.

Thought we had a continental breakfast included, as stated on our Booking.com booking confirmation. However, some confusion or lack of communication up between Bookimg.com & the hotel meant we didn’t 🤷‍♂️

The rooms looked a bit nicer in the photos than in real life and some previous guests didn't wash a cup which was mouldy. I was confused by the self checkout, but there we called the hotline which answered really politely!

The location was great, the rooms were small but had everything we needed, even a small kitchen with a fridge (we don't need an elevator)

About an hour into our stay we try to adjust the AC unit. Unfortunately it started making a loud noise after that and would not cool down, so I reached out through Booking.com messaging and I never heard back from the host. So every 30 minutes the unit would make a loud noise. It made it difficult to sleep.
