No help for luggage. The apartments were uphill & somewhat far. We had to tow our luggage to the apartments. There was no mention that apartments were far & uphill, which should have been mentioned. The cleaning is once in 5 days which is too less as we were only there for 3 days. The periodicity can be improved.

A lack of room service - as we travelled with a dog we could not eat in the restaurant (we understand this). We were able to order food from the kitchen but staff knowledge in this was not uniform( one told me I had to go down to order) and then you had to pick it up yourself. Below our expectation for this level of hotel. Then water was not topped up during our stay and our shower was luke warm the morning we left x

The most incredible location. Suite was spacious, comfortable with a balcony overlooking the most beautiful scenery.

The room was small and the twin beds (we wanted a king) were small and not that comfortable. The shower was a tub shower and was slippery. Dim lighting at the vanity mirror makes it hard to put on makeup. Not many vegetarian options in the restaurant. Other restaurants were 1/2 hour walk away. It is a long cab ride from the Lucerne around the lake to the hotel. When we learned about the boat we used that- faster and nicer.

Right on the lake with a gorgeous view. The room had a lovely terrace. Very nice and helpful staff. The boat to Lucerne stops right in front of the hotel and is very convenient to the city.

we stayed in suite, where usually some coffee capsules or tea bags should be included, but there was nothing. we had to ask reception, so he said we can buy it from hotel.

the breakfast could have more variety of food.. I had a problem with my car parking ticket..every day I had to get a new one from the receptionist..

everything about my stay was great.. the hotel is really clean and the staff were really nice and I want to give a special thanks to the tall guy with red hair in beard..he gave an extra value to our stay..also the bangali man in the reception was really helpful.
